Awesome experience with all the employees at the shop. I did my transaction with Troy the owner. Was able to relate have personal conversations with him. I would recommend my coworker to come out here and buy a mower for them and it was a truly great experience I didn’t try to upsell me or give me something that I didn’t need. Talk me through the needs and things that were different even made phone calls to people if he didn’t know, the answer, great experience will definitely go back for another one.

This place has the most professional technicians , I went to this location to buy items to service my mower ( Hydraulic oil, engine oil , filters and spark plugs , etc.) , also these guys treated me very well , very friendly and they sell you what you need for your mower, very professional.
I highly recommend this place to anybody.

Took mower for service/repair. Kept it several weeks. Could not repair. Had to replace parts. Over $600. Had to take back.
Will not use them again.

Last year I had them service my riding mower, my regular mower and my walk behind leaf blower. The regular mower worked fine. I wasn't impressed with walk behind, but the driver convinced me that at least it started and I shouldn't make a big deal about it. My riding mower was not so good. It wouldn't start. The driver was standing there. He put it back on the trailer. When he came back, it still didn't start, but he showed me a simple trick and it worked. BUT there was a noise that wasn't there previously and he heard it. So, for the 3rd time it was taken back to the shop. Shane, the owner, was sincere in trying to fix the problem. He handled it himself. I appreciated his dedication as an owner.
Today, my first time out mowing the lawn. OMG! The PTO cable which was replaced was working intermittently. As is shown in the picture I have included.
He also replaced a bolt (free of charge) that was for the steering. For whatever reason, it went back to not working.
As much as I want to believe that this company is an honest company, and I do, I am still left with a mower that does not operate properly.
I seem to not have the best of luck with this company based on the good reviews that are posted.

This is no longer in business. Very courteous & friendly store personnel. They didn't have the part we needed for our riding lawnmower but were willing to order the part.

I came in today asking for advise, which was given freely on how to get a stubborn belt on my riding mower. Troy was patient enough to listen and give me great advise, even though I didn't even purchase anything. If I ever need anything it will be worth it to make the drive to them as they were courteous, patient, and very very helpful.
