My family has done business with them but seems all they can do is sell. I had a simple problem and was trying to solve the problem quickly. Moving a carport required 4 of the rebar anchors to be cut due to being set in tree roots.
Called about purchasing 4 replacement parts but was sent a link to a Amazon page. Cool I never would have thought of that. After I saw the employee that actually sets up the buildings and carports. He obviously was having a bad day. Very rude and told me to ask staff inside. Didn't bother cause I didn't need another Amazon link. You sell and install but don't have the parts to do it.
Fabrication is possible but was looking for the quick way. Problem was found with a short drive to a real professional manufacturer.

Me and my husband purchased a carport from here in March of 2021 and was told it would be delivered at the end of May. Never heard anything from anyone so we called and they called real steel and said they told them they were behind schedule and it would be here the second week in June. Yet again never heard anything so called back and again was told they had a shortage in metal but we would get it the week of july 4th. We told them we wanted a refund and they said no refunds. So we waited and of course heard nothing and the week after it was suppose to be delivered we got a call saying the price of metal went up 500% and they needed another $500 deposit from us. Told them no that we purchased the carport way before prices went up and that's not on us. Then they offered us a refund. Which is funny considering we were told they don't do refunds. We got our money back thankfully. I don't recommend using this company. Very disappointed.

I can't vouch for the storage side of this company, but if you are looking for a portable steel building, you had better NOT stop by here. I was given false information about time and installation. When the company called me to schedule the installation, I took off work to meet them, no one even showed up. This happened on two different occasions. I called the company and asked for a refund they told me that the dealer keeps it as his part of the deal. When I called ASG, Gary told me that he sent it to the corporate office. That was one of numerous lies. Your best bet is to stay away from these type of dealers and building companies. I was contrated with the company in Jackson Ga. and they were the same way. After 2 different eppisodes with them, I went to them and got my money back. I went to ASG and made the statement, I don't feel comfortable buying this building. I was assured that this would'nt happen again. WRONG! It did...
The industry standard is for them to get your deposit and then they have nothing to do with you. From that point it's between you and the installers. They travel all over the southeast, half *=# putting up these buildings. I ordered one from here on 11-13-19 and didn't get it until 01-04-20. I should've just stick built me a building and I would've been much happier. My transaction with ASG and Steel Buildings and Structures was horrible. I would not recommend either one of these companies for your metal building needs. They claim to have a AAA with the BBB. This is the biggest pile of BS ever. Use your time and money more wiser than I did.

Horrible! I pretty much paid to have my things ruined. There is no pest control, things were eaten and chewed on from mice and when I opened the door roaches were climbing up and over the walls into another unit, there were ant beds infront of units and some of my furniture had mold/mildew on it!!! If you care about the things you need to store this is not the place to do it.
