Zero ability to operate as even an annex post office. Bunch of employees standing around talking. Then excuses about 1 person being on shift. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. They didnt have enough stamps after my envelopes were weighed out. Nuff said.

Have had a mail box for several years, they’ve recently required us to have to log in through an app and schedule when we come in to pick up our mail. This is hugely inconvenient and a hassle to do. I also don’t need another app. I will not be renewing my mailbox this year.

Standing in line waiting just like others . The white lash walked right in . I was up next and the guy that limps walked right over to her scan her package and waited for receipt to print gave to her then came back to me . How fu king rude . I’ll drive to fed ex ofc before coming here again
