Great location, very clean and organized offices and warehouse. The warehouse has full air conditioning that protects the products from overheat. Very experienced with picking process to arrange multiple items orders. Very fiendly employees. 100% able to scale up any business. The software interface to place orders is friendly, and very complete.

Our Serviceworks is the best fulfillment partner a fast-growing business could ask for! We worked with ShipBob for nearly a year before switching to OSW, and even a few months in, it's clear that was the right decision. Everyone I have interacted with on the OSW team is efficient, competent, and a pleasure to work with. On the rare occasion when something goes wrong, they own up to the mistake, fix it immediately, and put new processes in place to prevent it from happening again in the future. Fulfillment used to be the biggest issue for our business and required an immense amount of time and energy. With OSW, we know our fulfillment is handled and we can focus our attention on other parts of the business.
