Have never used this brokerage before and never will again. We have never written a review on a brokerage, but people need to be aware of the deception going on with his company. We had booked a load with.” Dasha”. We told her in the very beginning it was a three drop load and the hours were so tight that we did not think the second drop could be done on time. She said, well just do the best you can. We contacted her after the first drop and said we had one hour and 15 minutes left on the clock and the second drop was 2 1/2 hours away. Then she comes back and says it Has to be dropped no matter what! So the driver risked it and got stopped at the scale and had to sit for 10 hours. They said they would reschedule for the next morning. They called back and said the appointment was for 5 AM. The driver got there on time and the receiver said the appointment was not until 11 AM. We got the receiver to take the load early as the third drop was 100 miles away and was supposed to be there by 8 AM. The driver made the last drop on time and then was told by the receiver. “Safeway “ that the appointment was not until the next day. OTR freight said they would pay for layover. Then the load had 1 pallet of tomatoes that were no good and rejected. OTR freight said they would pay for us to dispose of them. They never paid for, the layover or disposing of the tomatoes and also deducted $500 off the load as they said we were late. These guys are a bunch of con artists. They are the worst in the business. Stay away!!!

I'm confused with all the good reviews - booked a load with these guys and they do not respond neither did they pay detention after having my driver wait hours for something that could have been avoided. Drivers have it hard enough with rates but then we have greedy brokers like this who don't pay and straight up ignore your emails. Would avoid these guys as their brokers don't seem to know what their doing.
