I can't say enough on how impressed I was with old time Mesa self storage yesterday they were extremely professional and friendly that's a rarity nowadays! I also want to give a shout out to David David thank you thank you thank you you were my angel you rock you keep up a good work dude! The staff does not help in resolving any issues.

Other people renting units will block the entrance to your unit.

The garage cans are always full.

The bathroom is always filthy.

They increase the rent every 3 months.

They used to provide coffee and water, but now they don't.

They made the closing hours at 3 pm. on the weekends. So after 3 pm on Saturday and Sunday... you will not have access to your unit.

Rats and mouse infestation.

And still they want to increase the rent...
