This is actually a really great place as far as I have experience so far. Very clean, very quiet, good price could be a little bit lower but hey for the clean and quiet and not getting broken into I consider it worth it. Manager owner very nice to deal with always has a smile on her face. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a nice quiet clean storage.

Great service, no nonsense. Good prices on the units, seems nicely secure. Only larger unit we could find in Butte County, but I'm glad we found them! No hassles and very straightforward approach. Cute doggy on duty in the office too 🙂 After working with them for the last two weeks, I'm raising my rating to five, every experience I've had with them has been terrific! They are helpful and cheerful, just really terrific!

The manager, Christy, keeps the place clean and secure. And if you are forgetful at times and leave your padlock keys in your lock, like I did last week, maybe you, too, will get a phone call letting you know she found them for you. I've had two units there for a year now. It's a 5 star place to put your valuables. To anyone looking for a storage unit in Oroville, give Oroville Self Storage a call. You'll be happy you did. Nice owners, detailed about their policy's and courtious. Excellent deal first time renters pay first month get second month free.. Very secure to give you piece of mind..Would definitely recommend.
