I have not had a recycle bin since almost 2 months ago. I emailed them that maybe their truck took it along with its contents; and I was replied that I had to wait for 3 business days to call a number if they didn't call or deliver one. I was out of town for a couple of weeks that I didn't know that I still haven't got one. When I came back, I called and was told to wait 1-7 business days. I gave them 2 weeks more but no action was done on their part. I called again; and the lady I spoke to said that she'd write it down. When I asked when I should follow up, she hang up. She was so rude, very unprofessional! The person who I spoke the next time told me that the rude person's name was Macky. Why don't they train their people to become responsible in their jobs? It might have been an accident that the bin was included. The person who emailed me back replied promptly. But I think that Customer Service has to improve in delivering service to their customers. If a bin had been delivered as soon as possible, would I need to call repeatedly? And if the person on the other end of the phone wasn't so rude, would I write this review on here?

Called to set up my services because my address could not be found online due to it being new construction. The lady that assisted me completely disregarded my questions about getting the same promotion that was offered online. She guessed on how to spell my last name when she could have just asked. Poor customer service. You think they’d be nicer to new customers.

I called today to get my new residencial service set up for a newly constructed house and spoke with Esmerelda and she was the absolute sweetest. I was worried about calling or even getting a call back after reading all the comments, but Esmerelda quickly made those worries disappear. I did have to hold for a while and did the "hold my place in line option" but I'm glad she was the one who helped me out!

I deal primarily with Lisa Nichols in Dispatch. Of all of the suppliers and / or venders that our company deals with on a regular basis the service from this one particular individual is incredible. I simply email my request and within 24 hours all our services are finished. extremely good communication, on the rare occasion that there is a delay more than 24 hours I'll get a quick explanation and sympathetic resolve as soon as first available. I wish all of our other vendors we dealt with could supply such impeccable results upon a simple email to them with the request. My hat is off to Lisa. They promise services they can't, and furthermore, don't care to deliver. After ordering service nearly a month ago, they've still not delivered trash carts, and have not picked up trash bags left on curb as they suggested I do, even though we called more than 3 times to complain. Someone finally admitted they do not have new carts to deliver, but they intend to bill from the date I ordered service, even though no service was given. Incredible.

Horrible service and customer care. I really wish the city of Rogers would allow another company to serve its residents. I can honestly say I have never had a good experience with calling or trying to drop off waste. For drop off of a flat bed trailer they wanted $113 for! For Rogers residents this is a joke and in all honesty tries to discourage people from taking bulk items to them. Also, their yard waste policy of only being allowed in their bags is another move they are making due to the monopoly they run in the city to make you buy their overpriced bags. I hope another service can come in and replace them.

Placed a order for a 4 yd dumpster on the 4/05/21 delivery date on contract was on 4/08/21 on 4/09/21 right before closing called because still no dumpster they said early this week being 04/12/21. On the morning of 04/13/21, no dumpster still. They said we were on the delivery schedule today and no dumpster still on 04/13/21. I call the morning of 4/14/21 and they say it will be today again. I asked the lady, is it really today because I have heard this already. She calls me back to tell me it won’t be today and she can’t tell me when we will receive it so I cancel our contract. I also had a lady take my name and phone number down for a manager to call me back and didn’t get a manger to call me back. Wouldn’t recommend.
