Park on side st center divide while waiting. Can't usually deliver early they're swamped in my experience. Sucks now I got to drive traffic for my next pickup. Oh and the road here has 30 stop lights and you will hit everyone so if your heavy it's a teeth grinder.

Easy to find. No overnight parking. Not even on street. I was told they will ticket you. Check in is between door 45 and 44. There isba sign but if you come in the dark it's hard to see. They go by appt only. Check in on sheet and clerks will take paperwork and assign you a door. Green red green then go in for paperwork.

Not ideal unless you are arriving specifically at the appt time but still doesn't guarantee they will take you right there and then. I knew was going to arrive a day sooner. Called and tried to have them change my appt a couple of days ahead and nobody helped. I needed to do my reset and there was no space anywhere there to park not even while you wait on them to assign you a door. My appt was for 7am and the door was given an hour later. I waited over 24 hours to get unloaded because I was there a day sooner. Of course, got a parking ticket because I couldn't move until my 34 hour reset. So there's that! Not sure what was the big deal of taking the load sooner when I had only 7 pallets and the check in list showed that half of the morning appts weren't there anyways. Don't make drivers life more complicated than what it already is. If someone arrives early be proactive, get the job done and out of your way. I understand firm appt times but there will always be factors drivers can't control that may cause us be late at times. If half of your morning appts haven't even shown up yet why not take someone who's there early and give that space to someone else that may not be able to get there by their appt time. This company shipping/receiving employees clearly lack of common sense and simple operational logistics knowledge. The only helpful person was the security lady. She tried to do the best to help.

I passed by O'Reilly's today and noticed that they were the only Warehouse that flags weren't at half-mast so I decided to call him and let them know that their flag should be at half mast due to the death of Colin Powell I spoke with the manager oh I was unaware of this I'll take care of it right away it is now 7:36 p.m. and I made this call around 2:20 this evening

I paid for parts at the retail store and it was supposed to be arranged to be a 'will-call' at the distribution center...
However, the cashier at the retail location placed the order as an 'overnight' delivery and by the time I arrived at the distribution center, they had already loaded it on the truck for the next day delivery.
This put me in a situation which required returning to the store the following day and wasted two and a half hours of my time.

The distribution center staff was pleasant and attentive. If only the retail store arranged the order properly... the exchange would have been more appealing.

Reason I’m giving one star is based off of the type of people O’Reilly Distribution hires!! This person is very rude! I went to pick up parts in WillCall and she was by the counter talking about someone else and I politely asked if I can get help she responded with “I don’t work at the counter and someone will probably come” without even knowing what I was going to ask. I responded probably? I said I just had a question and she ignored me completely but was standing around talking to another associate about someone else by the counter. I was thinking to myself this person goes out of her way to sit there and chat about someone to another person but can’t answer one simple question which related to hours and deliveries on weekends. Very easy and simple! She seemed like the type of person who thinks she’s better than anyone else and doesn’t have no consideration for anyone. I don’t even know how this company can hire someone like this very unprofessional. I finally got help by another person after waiting 20 minutes and I asked for that associates name and when asked why I said I needed to file a complaint with corporate and need her first and last name. So I found out it’s Lynn and I was able to find her picture through media and so glad because as soon as her face popped up I was like oh yeah that’s her. I want everybody to know to avoid this person if ever at O Reilly Distribution in Moreno Valley.
