My item arrived from overseas to Secaucus NJ on 10/7, it has been sitting there for almost a month(now 11/3). I called and was able to speak with someone who claimed they have not received the package at all and said to get in contact with the seller to confirm that they sent it, which makes no sense because I can see that it left the seller’s home country and arrived in the US. This is ridiculous, I have never had this issue with international packages with any other shipping companies, I definitely do not recommend this company.

Worst shipping company, ever. Shipped 3 packages. 2 got lost. No coverage and no refund for postage either. Basically you can hand your stuff to us, we’ll take your money, but won’t guarantee if it’ll actually arrive. Won’t respond to inquiries, and when they finally do respond, after 20 days, it’s a generic email. When pressed for a refund on shipping charge, had a sorry not sorry attitude.

Update 2024
Unfortunately it appears OrangeDS suddenly went out of business last month just before black friday. Fired a ton of their staff and stopped shipping all packages, no warning or notification to shippers. Have not been able to retrieve my packages.

Didn’t receive 4 packages.

My tracking number for the delivery showed:
“SECAUCUS, NJ 07094
October 6, 2024, 3:40 am
Shipping Partner: OSM WORLDWIDE”

Never got the book. Got already a refund from the seller. It was an international order.

The upsetting thing is, that during the meantime I have made 3 other orders (11 books), never got them as well. 😟 This time two orders where “US shipping only” though. The status for all of the three orders for today (12-14-2024) is

“Processed at OrangeDS Facility”

USPS website says “Label Created, not yet in system”.

How did they get more than one star average?
They receive a package to be shipped, but then either don't process it, don't send it out, or simply don't tell you what they did.
What's the point of having a tracking number?
No response from email or website either.

I've had multiple packages go missing with them as the carrier. No shipping progress on the trackers in almost two months. I've tried contacting [email protected], [email protected], using the contact form on their website and calling their phone number. They ignore all messages and don't answer their phone. I have yet to get a response from any of them in the weeks since contacting them.

Sometimes when you leave a negative review, they respond with please let us know the details at our email address and we will look into it.
Doesn't matter. They simply ignore the email. Thats why none of those negative reviews ever updates that the issue was solved.

They'll never deliver your package, never reply to enquiries, never pick up the phone. Their Google review rating is misleading. If you're wondering whether to use this company, just take a quick look at their Trustpilot reviews: 84% of the reviews are one star. Never use these guys.
