I have only just begun the process to join this company however I have felt the need to make aware the excellence in customer service I experienced through the recruitment process.
Monica Lusczki Was the recruiter I spoke with on the phone and her empathy, knowledge, and kindness were all top notch. As someone who has worked customer service for over 10 years I know how easy it is to hate that type of job and the mental strain of dealing with unruly people. Becoming monotone and emotionless to get through. Monica Lusczki definitely deserves praise as I could hear the smile in her voice and she was enthusiastic to answer any and all questions I had. After some discussion I even felt a report built as I felt my story was heard. To her bosses please consider a raise and to Monica please continue being you! Where do I start? Well, I got a call saying that they would love to bring me on board as a subcontractor. I was given an activation code for the enrollment process the code never worked. I reached out to Latoya for assistance. She said that she will look into it tomorrow and the next thing I know my enrollment was declined. I never got a fair chance. I don’t know why My enrollment process was declined till this day and this is 5 months later. I did not just want to leave a review. I wanted to see If they would reach back out to fix the situation, but no one ever got back to me.

Cassina is courteous, professional & prepared. She really goes above & beyond, and shows genuine concern for her employees. When I was sick and in the hospital she sent me a get well card. It's nice having a working relationship with someone who cares. She is def a asset to the company & employees.

What a joke,,,gave me 1 route in a week and ocourse port Huron to Detroit during rush hour since nobody else would do it..when I get paid they took out mvr $ without telling me and then they had there payroll company charge my payroll company $8 ,,by the time I got paid it was -30 from the $80 owed so did a loaded trip for $80 but -30,-$8 for gas, traffic for 2 hours,so 108 miles for $42 actually for round trip

Been driving on and odd for almost two years. It hasn't been bad. I could use more in the weekends but they are growing and constantly looking out for you when they can. I'm based in Cleveland but from the Detroit area.
