The driver attempted to steal my package. He came to the door to deliver my package then took a picture of it by my door and took the package with him. He claimed he did not deliver it due the address being incorrect. I double checked and the address on file was in fact correct. I reached out to On Trac customer service for help but they were pretty much useless. The driver came back later that day and claimed he did not deliver the first time because he needed a signature. I’ve ordered from Hollister for years and have never needed a signature until today. Watch out for On Trac delivery service.

Delivery drivers in Concord have no respect for their customers or their deliveries. Driver threw a package over my fence, almost hit my dog, and shattered my item. They defended themselves by saying it wasn’t broken and that they don’t have time to go to the front door. Horrible! Reported to the sender as well to recommend using a different company.

Worst experience ever - driver was completely incompetent - not once but twice. Then OnTrac sends packages back to original sender. These folks should not be in business.

Horrible. Claimed that they attempted delivery once, and that I refused the package. I have video proof from my doorbell camera that no one even came to my house the entire day. Standard redelivery is three times before returning to sender, but they returned to sender immediately without trying again. I reached out to their customer service with no reply. I had to contact the sender themselves just to ensure that I'd get a refund for my package. If I could block a delivery service from being allowed to handle my packages, I definitely would.

This is the worst courier service I have ever had to deal with. Several of my packages have been returned due to the incompetent delivery personnel not following the directions for deliveries.

The customer service is the worst as there is no person to person contact over the phone.

Hate this company, they should do better.

Delivery driver from Benecia Ca location stole my tv i ordered 2 and he only delivered 1 and didn’t take photo to show proof of delivery there’s no number where you can talk to a live person and they don’t care if their drivers still customers orders
