This review has to do with the integrity of this company. To be clear, nothing they have done has anything to do with contractual obligations or service. Maybe I have unrealistic expectations but you be the judge.
On 11/05 I spoke to Oliver regarding moving our furniture from Florida to Oklahoma as we were purchasing a home to escape from Florida and the crazy population explosion we have experienced. We scheduled the move for December 4th or 5th (I Can't remember the exact date). I called shortly after and re-scheduled for December 15th.
On November 23rd I received a call that I had stage 4 inoperable lung cancer.
I contacted Source One Movers and told him that I had to cancel the move (3 weeks in advance).
I placed a deposit of $1700 with them with the stipulations that cancelation was only an option if the closing was canceled due to the lender. I ended having to cancel due to not having treatment options in Hobart Oklahoma.
A company with any integrity would refund that deposit as NOTHING has been done to in ur any expense except for the 30 minutes spent with the salesman whose name is Oliver.

Oliver lied about my items and they tried to make me pay $600 extra the night they came and no one wanted to answer their phones so it was either pay or leave my things. I had to leave my things and they stuff they did take they broke and lost pieces. Absolutely terrible

I have dealt with several major moving companies that left me moving half of the things they were to move, but OneSource was just so awesome! We went over inventory as we went and they found ways to save me money instead of the bait and switch you get with most companies. Prompt, professional, kind, just decent people that actually care about the customers. Can't say enough! Thank you to all involved with my move. Recommended highly! Thanks guys!

Onesource Moving gave me a flat rate quote that was all inclusive. On moving day, the movers showed up and took care of business. They did an excellent job of wrapping all of my furniture to protect it during the move from a third floor apartment to another third floor apartment. The movers provided high quality service, moving everything efficiently and carefully. I highly recommend Onesource Moving and will definitely use their services again in the future.

I moved apartments in early October and found Onesource Moving - I was a little skeptical about the company but went ahead and booked them for the move. The communication, price and movers were excellent!

I was a bit unprepared for the move but they movers made the process so smooth and easy by providing me with a HUGE box with wheels to stuff with everything that wasn't in a box. The move for a 1 bedroom apartment half a mile down the street took three and a half hours only due to my new room being on a high floor and away from a freight elevator.

I would choose Onesource again for my next move.

Onesource Moving did an excellent job for me. I was moving a large quantity of boxes from my home to a storage unit in town. Laurent did a great job of coordinating the schedule and the move. Alberto and Alex did a super job of carefully loading all my fragile items. When we got to the storage facility they did an exceptional job of arranging the boxes and using the space very efficiently. They were very pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend Onesource Moving. I will use them again when the need arises.

These guys moved a 4 bedroom house for us without losing or breaking anything. They worked til the work was done, put our beds together, safely moved our upright piano, put all our major appliances in place, and asked where we wanted things as they brought it in so they couldset it up where we wanted. We thought one of the 3 workers was a bit slow, but at least he didn't break anything. Overall, they helped make the transition to our new home seamless, and got us ready for our first night in our new home.

DO NOT BOOK THIS MOVING COMPANY

I’m not sure how they are able to maintain a 4 star rating. That is VERY misleading and it’s how I was fooled into booking with this company. I’m usually someone who triple checks and does thorough research before committing to anything and I thought I did a good job vetting this company. From my understanding, people either have a great experience or a total disaster!

The day of my moving was a total disaster. I had to be out of my apartment on 7/1 so I planned my move out for 6/30. I was booked for 1pm-3pm. The movers never showed up and Stephen stopped answering my calls the day of my move. This company is completely and totally unorganized and unprofessional. Because or them, I could not move out on my move out day and had to get an extension from my apartment which cost me $.

I am filing a claim with the BBB because this company needs to make changes!
