Over the course of two companies, I've bought six lab benches from OnePointe. The last three custom tables I bought came with minimal instructions, costing us a lot of time trying to get support from the company and ultimately figuring things out on our own. Although the countertop had written instructions to use the supplied epoxy to secure the top, all three tabletops came lose (could push them off the frame) - we followed the instructions to a tee. Additionally, the frames themselves were not designed sufficiently and would sway and rock (even worse with the heavy countertops). The outside of the frames were painted, yet the insides were not, which will rust.

Unlike prior to the sale (constantly getting calls), getting support from the company afterwards was non-existent and extremely frustrating. This altogether held up our plumbing install and use of the benches. I reached out to the VP of Sales, but no response. This is the last time I do any business with OnePointe and I recommend you source your benches elsewhere.

In the beginning everything seemed to be perfect. They shipped without any damage, quality seemed to be very good. The design team knew what they were doing to a T.
Then, a couple months down the road the handles start coming off the cabinets and drawers. The first time it was a quick response and repair. Second time, there were a few emails and then nothing. No resolution. The supplier never responded, the vendor stopped responding because the supplier never responded. I bet if they had another big sale it would be Johnny on the spot.

I was directed to find a company who can provide custom workbenches. This was a very tough task.
It took me awhile to find a company that could deliver. One of my vendors recommended OnePointe Solutions. From the first call, they were friendly and professional. They know their business and had no problem designing my custom workbench. Once I placed my order, I needed to change the color. They took this request like champs. They pulled it out of production, and changed the color for us. Even though it was too late, they did this for me at no extra charge. I highly recommend OnePointe Solutions. These guys build everything right the first time. Which is great for a pick person like myself.
