When you check in they demand a picture of your drivers license. That's against the law! The only way you are required to present an ID is in the case of law enforcement. And I am pretty sure if anyone takes any information down from your license they have to provide;
* Why it's collected
* How long it will be kept on file
* Who has access to it
* How it will be disposed of
Be careful drivers. Identity theft is real and pictures of your CDL is a very good way for someone to steal your identity. GOD Bless

Good places and nice people unload me in 45 minutes is open 6.00 am to 10.00pm my appointment is at 10 AM, but is take my load at 6 AM. Out 6.45am is have street parking

I don't know how they are getting 5 stars. Maybe it was good for those who came there to get a load, but for unloading.... yesterday we spent 14 hours while our appt was at 9 AM, lost a day, lost a load, but they don't care.

Staff was all very nice and they have clean restrooms. However, that is all incan say about my pickup here. I had a 13:00 appointment and when I arrived there were at least 7-8 trucks waiting to be loaded. I got a dock right away so i thought this is great I should be out of here in a couple more hours. Well! After preparing an early dinner in my truck, a 2.5hr nap, multiple restroom breaks, and two episodes of Dateline they finally started loading me after 8hrs. Of close to 20 trucks who came before and after me I was the last one to leave. I did get detention pay but I'd rather be driving for those 9hrs. Sucks!!

Gave me dock before my appointment Time. Took around 2-3 hours to load. Have Overnight parking on the street outside of warehouse. Clean restrooms for drivers.

Previous reviews are true. Awesome place for pickup. Had appointment for 1500 I arrived at 0900. Got assigned door 7 right away. Loaded with paperwork by 10:15 overall great place. If you’re delivering there is overnight parking on the street

Maybe I was just the unlucky one today. I checked in at 9am for a 12pm appointment. Here it 4:38pm and I’m still not loaded. Trailer hasn’t been touched. EVERY truck before me and AFTER me is gone. The only excuse that I was given was that the shift prior was suppose to load the trucks in order and they apparently just loaded the trucks out of order. Yet here we are shift changed and y’all still loading out of order. If someone JUST arrived at 4:20p how are they getting loaded before me? If you don’t have the product JUST say that! If you’re short workers JUST say that!! Lazy ppl need to keep their lazy tails at home…The Worst place I’ve ever been😒
