The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Our power has been out for 24 hours. And counting. It's HOT. Why did you get the power going for the traffic lights surrounding my neighborhood and not the actual neighborhood? Get your priorities straight. And then I tried calling trash-cor yesterday and today, but apparently there are no live representatives. (Yes, I called the power outage phone number). The website literally says it’s updated every 10 mins with status of outage being fixed…. Never received an updated status since the power went out yesterday at 5 am. What are we doing here. You are a multi million dollar company. This company not only can’t handle a little bit of ice in the winter, but now we can’t handle a storm? Instead of pinching pennies get your dinosaur equipment updated. Or join the rest of the u.s grid. Incompetent. Incapable. Unprofessional. You failed once again.

I have to say that, considering the amount of damage from this week's storms and tornadoes, that 2.5 days is not as long as it could have taken to replace a down power line and blown transformer, so I am truly thankful to have our power restored today! Thank you Oncor for working hard to help us have power!!

If I could give less, oh god I would!! just came home from work.. the most ignorant tree cutters brutally cut my trees down to nothing today... !! I was not home.. one was in my backyard how they got to it I do not know.. over cut!! are they educated ? are they trained... are they knowledgeable about how to properly cut trees ? no, this is a Pecan tree that use to produce pecans that I would give to homeless folks walking from the overpass at 635 to sometimes catch DART!!! now I wonder if this tree will live.. I cannot share enough how disrespectful ONCOR is and their behavior.. goodness I wish I was home so I could have helped them understand the way to behave.. they were animals attacking defenseless trees....unsupervised idiots, now I know why most people dislike ONCOR! 1 star is too much for them!!!!!
