A huge thank you to Ray (and Morgan!) at On Your Way Storage!

We’ve been storing our RV here for over a year now and couldn’t be happier. When we first signed up, Morgan was incredibly kind and helpful—she walked us around the property, let us choose the site that felt best for our large fifth wheel, and made the whole process smooth and welcoming.

Since then, we’ve most often worked with Ray, and he has been nothing short of amazing. From answering questions to helping us make adjustments and even add units, Ray is always quick to respond, friendly, and professional. He makes everything easy and stress-free, and it’s always a pleasure to speak with him.

The facility itself is clean, quiet, and secure—exactly what we were looking for. But it’s the people like Ray (and Morgan!) who truly make it a great place to store! Highly recommend!

NEW Facility. Security cameras, overnight on-site guard. Affordable and secure. Huge roads for generous, turning radius to back into your parking space. Electricity 110 V available to cover parking spaces. Open air parking spaces are significantly cheaper, but they do not have 110 V access. The lady who answered the phone was as nice as she could be.

I’m driving 53miles to store my RV here. The storage are big and roomy clean, new looking!! Big enough to accommodate my rv and extra things. Security guard 24/7 on site, friendly tenets. So far we are very happy 😊

I rented a fully enclosed unit prior to the opening. The facility has been maintained and only upgraded since I started renting. I lost power to my unit only once and that was of no fault of the facility as it was an external power outage issue. Enjoyed the ease of the bluetooth capable gate and the addition of the dump station. Every time I had a question I was able to reach someone directly or received a call back before end of business day every time. The first lady working there was efficient, but lacked in the friendliness and personable category. The latest addition to the quaint Airstream office, Ms. Electa (sp?), is a breath of friendly, fresh air. She is super helpful, down to earth, friendly and will bend over backwards to make sure you get all that you have paid for in your rental. She's the kind of property manager you simply stop by the office just because on your way in because a friendly face and conversation is too undervalued in today's rushed world. I did let my unit go this month, but that is of no fault of the company, just moving onto a different purpose with my RV. I would rent again if needed and would highly recommend. The price was reasonable for the unit and very comparable to others in the area.
