This is the very worse company I have EVER dealt with. I bought a SAMSUNG electric Range from LOWES IN NEWNAN, Ga. LOWES uses this company for their deliveries and is a second party . The first day on the arrival of my Electric range , they brought it in and immediately noticed no wrapping on it or stickers on it and it had a dent on it. They had already pulled out my old SAMSUNG ELECTRIC Stove. I got on the phone and immediately called LOWES to tell them I was refusing it. LOWES had told me the day before to inspect it and if anything was wrong I could refuse it. I told them I did not want it . While I was on the phone with LOWES, they took off without any notice leaving my old range sitting out in the middle of my kitchen on my hardwood floor. When entering ( I had paid $50.00 to LOWES. To have my stove hauled away. The guy immediately asked where the knobs were on my old stove and I told him I was keeping them.. in case any of my new knobs at any point became damaged. This pissed him off. They refurbish them and resale them or they return them to LOWES. And they do.
They called to reschedule the next day . Two different guys came out and one of them immediately told me if I was reporting any damage to my floor it better not be him because they would take money out of his paycheck. He cornered me and repeated two more times. The stove was not properly installed and was sticking out from countertop 4 inches and 3 inches from the wall. It looked ridiculous. He told me it was because of a left gas meter from years ago. This is a LIE! The stove I ordered was the EXACT same measurements as my old stove. They first had tried to come through the French doors not bothering to open them both and was going to tear the door hinge apart and scrape paint off the door and damage the sides of the stove. I told them to open both doors. The next morning I crawled up on my countertop and shined a flashlight down behind the back of the stove. The Power chord we had to buy from LOWES. For $40.00 or they would not install was doubled over like a crimped hose pipe … preventing the stove from being pushed against the wall ALSO the stove was not inserted into the bracket to hold the stove in place. These were the problems the stove was sticking out from countertop 4 inches. After they left I noticed the knobs were not stainless steel like the stove on the display at Lowe’s … they were brushed nickel. I went to LOWES. To double check and sure enough I was right. LOWES did let me exchange the knobs that were on display that were stainless steel. I called about improper installation this SHODDY COMPANY. And told them they did not properly install it.!he asked what day to come out again I suggested next day I was told “ NO THAT WONT WORK” I asked about the day after NO THAT WONT WORK. EITHER. Then I suggested The following MONDAY a week from their first delivery NOPE THAT WOULDNT WORK EITHER. I told him he was being difficult on purpose and just to forget coming back out , my son is a attorney and I would be consulting him. The next day I had a Dr. appointment and told them I could not come and made the mistake of telling them what time SO OF COURSE THEY SCHEDULED it for when they knew I couldn’t do it.! Now I am having to pay $200.00 + to have someone come out uncrimp the Power hose and properly install my stove. My husband and I are Senior citizens and my husband’s arm is in a sling… I feel we have really been taken advantage of . LOWES say it is the company SPIRIT LOGISTICS responsibility but I will not let them come back in my home again .. I am literally afraid of them.
I checked out their business and found out 100’s of complaints against them with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and read all the horrible things this company has done to other people.
DO NOT USE THEM. And btw when the last group came in I smelled marijauna as soon as they walked in my door. I will also be filing a claim with the Better Business’s Bureau against them and considering taking them to small claim court for abuse

I purchased a dishwasher at Home Depot 3 weeks ago. I was told the delivery service would call to schedule delivery on Monday, 8-2-2021. They called at 10:15 am to tell me they were in their way to deliver. I explained I was at the hospital on my way into radiation. I asked they deliver an hour later or call back to reschedule. Wednesday I still had not received a call back and no answer from the number which called me. I called Home Depot to be forwarded to the delivery service. An EXTREMELY rude female named Katie informed me they could not deliver before 8-10-2021. I explained I had not received a confirmation call prior to delivery. I have cancer. I am being treated daily with radiation. I do not set the appointment the doctor does. Long story short Katie was extremely rude and refused to reschedule any sooner. If I was physically able I would go get the appliance myself. This company has a rude customer service representative with no desire to be of any assistance. I will follow up after the delivery. I know every business is short handed due to people refusing to return to work but the ones they do have need to be better trained in customer service.

I 100% do not recommend this company they are carriers for Lowe's and other companies we had a purchased through at Lowe's and I end up having to go meet the guy down the road because he was too lazy to come up the driveway so I had to unload the stove onto my truck drive it back home and then unload it all after paying this company money which was not refunded for a delivery
