easy location to find and get into. slide your tandems back at the guard shack, drop your empty on the other side of the building and pick up your trailer. lots of space to maneuver and shouldn't be hard locating trailers. my only issue was with the guard. he was on the phone the entire time he was checking me in and i couldn't tell when he was talking to me or the person on the phone. i stayed at my trailer for two hours since i wasn't aware you had to leave right away, and he tracked me down in his car, pointed it at me with his high beams, started circling my truck and honking the horn, then started yelling at me from his car. super weird and uncomfortable, but he was actually decently nice, just needlessly intense.

Drivers be aware that you are going to be sitting for awhile it starts at the guard shack. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and there were no trucks at the guard shack waiting to get in or out plus no trucks on the property or in the docks. I pull up to the window and wait there 15 minutes before the lady cracked open the window and said nothing to me because she was on the phone. I can understand if it's business related but at least she could've given me a hand signal or told me wait just a second but nothing, she looked at me and then turn around and started talking on the phone again. Five minutes later a truck pulled up to the outbound lane and she immediately helped him again I kept my patients but slide the paperwork in the cracked window and she looked at me like what's this and turned around and kept help in the other guy. Finally after 30 minutes she hands me my paperwork and closes the window without saying where I need to go where I need to drop or anything so I wait there five minutes and she opens the window back up and looks at me clueless I tell her where do I need to go what door or where do I need to drop the trailer. She says I'm not sure give me your number and I will call you but go down on the right and park. 2 hours pass by and they finally give me a dock number lucky they started on me right away with only 12,000 lbs to unload but that turned into another 1 1/2 hours at the dock.

My experience was vastly different from all these bad reviews arrived 30 minutes before my appointment (they were on lunch) guard was friendly and fast got a door almost right away after lunch and unloaded in about an hour after my appointment time

They go by appointment, can show up an hour early. They start at 0600. Unloading/ loading takes a while.

Got here at 08:45 for a 09:00 appointment, checked in with guard, and got a door within 15 minutes and out at 10:40.
Please post good experiences as well. I read the bad reviews and didn't book a new load thinking that I was going to be here all day.

This place is being run by the people who have no idea what they are doing and how they are hurting drivers and carriers. Taking 4-6-10 hours to unload. I have two stops and they took all 24 pallets off of my trailer and signed the paperwork, didn't even count the pallets. Unconfident, unprofessional. If they told you that you are short, it's because they don't know how to count and I have proof for that. If you care about bad review. Contact me.

I worked in Inventory Control for two weeks before I just couldn't stand it. It doesn't see. yo
Noone wants to fix what is wrong. If you just want a job to make money you can go there and put in your hours. If you are looking to take pride in work and fix problems this is a mountain you can't climb here.
