For long time required and use this company services but the last time I send a package to Colombia in there tracking system was showing to be at the Miami airport way thing for your weeks, after the 4 weeks period shows to be at the Colombian customs for other 4 weeks, after 11 weeks period they told me that the package got lost at customs, I call my nice that works at the Colombian custom and she told me that the package never got to Colombia, I call them to get information on my package and they just told me that the are locking in to that but is being since December second and I’m still waiting.

The packets always get to Mexico without a problem. We’ve been sending them for a lot of time and she has never run into problems with them. The lady is always kind and helpful when we’re sending the packages.

I have a bad experience with this company in three different occasions the packages were arrived totally destroyed. I send out the complaint last month and still haven’t received any response or who will be responsible to cover for the damage we paid a lot of money and no body is responsible

So far I have a good and bad experience. The first box sent to Nicaragua arrived with no issue. The second box has been apparently been retained by US at the port but its already more than one month with no good explanation. And apparently this is the 1st time this has happened to them? I hope that I get an answer soon and that my belongings and my son's things arrive.

Horrible and distressful experience. They are keeping they are being charging me excess amounts of fees and penalties that customs charged them. I haven’t received my stuff and it had been months. Every shipment, they pick some dummy to bully and hold their stuff so that person can absorb all the charges and stay in good terms with the other people. If you’re a new client, it might be you.

The door to door service is a scam. There are sooo many companies out there, just use another one and save yourself the trouble, headache, and save yourself money that they would steal from you. Even if a company charges more, it is worth knowing they won’t steal your stuff.

This company is really suck they have bad customer service , bad service for a error this company I lose my package that I send with 80 pound on September until the day today I send to them all the fact the everything that I have inside my box but they doesn’t pay anything yep. Also they take so long for send package to my country Colombia. And unfortunate here in San Marcos Texas I dnt have another company for send package to Colombia . But for sure I dnt recommend this business . Have nice day
