The receiving lady is very polite and very helpful. Exist 5 I-95 south on hwy 17 left, left river port park way, left on exchange pl, first drive way left the receiving office is located between dock 6 & 7

They steal my 2 rod lock and when I went inside to the checkin office to get my locks back cuz I thought probably the guy who unload me forgot to put my locks back in the trailer. She said I don't have a locks in my trailer staright out lie to my face. I recently bought these locks.

no over night parking take u at appointment at night time they are closed they will not allow u to get in ,, so go go straight at the dead end of the road on the left side in warehouse just park over there. No one comes at night over there.

Arrived early for my 1 am appt, the guard lady was so sweet! She advised they don't have on-site parking but there is a side road just past their gate, also, parking at the dead-end turnaround. Came back at 12:30, got into stage and they opened at 1, was done by 2 a.m.

Well first the broker told me I had a 1:30 a.m. appointment they don't even open until 2. Got there at 1:10 had to wait till 2 before they would open the door but they didn't open the door until 2:15 I was the first one to check in . She gives me a door I drive around back to that door but there's a drop trailer in that door so I drive back around front she gives me the dock beside that and when I get back there there's a truck back then on the other side of the drop trailer. They unloaded the drop trailer first and then they unload the other truck and then they unload me . Even though I was given a door first . What I was finally empty they bang on the side of the trailer and flash the red and green lights let you know your empty I go back around front to get my bills .and they have written that I was unloaded at 4:18 a.m. even though it was now 4:45 . Beware they will put the wrong times on there so that they don't have to pay detention . There is no parking on the lot but you can come after 1 and you're allowed to stay but like I said they don't not open up until 2

Office Max why do you this this is acceptable for delivery? How many sheets are in this bundle? Why is the seal broken? I will be calling you!!! And this is not your first time doing this. I read from another customer this happen to her. You must do better!!

Since my photos weren't uploaded... I ordered a ream of special paper and the paper plastic was bust open. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box!
