There is no overnight parking. Accepted only by appointment. Parking is not allowed on the road near the warehouse for only 30 minutes. They unload for one hour.

For the most part, it was pretty good. Friendly staff, clean environment, lots of room.

But my problem is the dock workers that load or unload our equipment. They either have no clue their forks are too long for sideways pallets, or they simply just don't care. I'm guessing they just don't care!

Had I not mounted the lumber on the wall, do you think the loader would have gone through my trailer wall? I'm thinking he would have. I wish I had caught this while I was on the property. I would have filed a damage claim!

As a driver. Is a nice place, friendly people. Issues no over night parking. Got here for an appointment at 6pm but they ask for the carrier I was. And they just said they didn’t have a load for it. They didn’t mind checking on the PU#’s. While my dispatcher was telling that the load was ready to pick up.

Everyone is really nice here.
I arrived, checked in, and was unloaded with paperwork in hand in less than 50 minutes.
Receiving man let me sit in my dock door all night so I could get sleep.

Appointment to deliver a load of copy paper was set for 00:30. Arrived 11:45. I was told to back into dock N48. When I got to said dock it was occupied. Luckily N45 was open and there was a guy standing in thr doorway. I told him my dock was occupied so he had me back into dock N45. I was also told that when they were done that they would bring me my paperwork. Nope. Paperwork was left in the back of the trailer. On the plus side of all this, it only took about an hour to have me empty and rolling. Miscommunication aside I would definitely deliver here again.
