Engaging with Novalink in Brownsville Texas was a nightmare experience for my business and after 12 months of distress, I have taken the time to write this in-depth review of what I experienced, with this horrific manufacturer, in hopes of saving someone else's business. I have never written a review online, but Novalink deserves this honest review. I want every company to read the following and beware of this manufacturer and take your business elsewhere.
From my experience with Novalink I feel compelled to share that this manufacturer lacks complete professionalism, lacks ethics, lacks product quality, and finding all of this out was breathtaking. Not only did Novalink completely fail to uphold their end of our manufacturing agreement, (I received 0 correct units out of 30,000 units agreed upon) but their response to their own incompetence was nothing short of appalling. Rather than owning up to their failures and taking accountability for what they did to my product and business, the men that run this company resorted to cowardly finger-pointing, attempting to shift blame onto me. It's abundantly clear from my experience with Novalink that integrity, ethics, and accountability are foreign concepts to their leadership board. Please be warned they do not care at all about their clients and are willing to terminate your production line at the snap of a finger if you won't accept poor quality sewing.
My production line with Novalink started as a 'nightmare' when the first inventory I received had a plethora of quality control issues including but not limited to : wrong sizes being produced, wrong threads being used, wrong sewing tensions, and much more. I ended up giving Novalink 4 months of time to fix these issues yet it only worsened. During these 4 months Novalink decided to start sewing holes in my products. And when I say holes, yes I mean holes. However Novalink preferred to call this "skipped stitching". The reason I found this out was because the product they started to send me was literally unravelling and falling apart at the seams during use. Surprisingly when I confronted Novalink about this shoddy work and poor quality, the CEO Jason Wolfe, engineer Manuel Campos, and production lead Luis Muzquiz, admitted to me that they were actually sewing holes in my product intentionally, claiming I had wanted them to sew "skipped stitching" from the start - which was wildly inaccurate. I told them I would never accept this quality of product, yet they refused to stop. Novalink continued to send me samples with holes in the sewing, blatantly ignoring my quality standards. I never once asked for holes sewn in my product, and it is common sense to know any brand would never produce such quality for their customers. After I patiently waited 4 months and nearly begged Jason Wolfe to improve the quality, Novalink refused. My business lost thousands of dollars PER DAY while waiting, but I held out believing they would fix the issues & honor our agreement. When I would not accept their poor quality after 4 months, Novalink decided to terminate our entire agreement at the snap of their fingers, leaving my business stranded with no time to plan. As you can imagine, the damages resulting from this breach were astronomical. My business lost well over 7 figures. I am now pursuing legal action against Novalink in hopes of seeking justice, since Novalink refused to amicably settle and denies all accountability or wrongdoing.
Dealing with Novalink in Brownsville Texas was a disaster that nearly cost me my entire business. I am getting back on my feet now with a wonderful new manufacturer - my new manufacturer has sewed zero holes in my product BTW. Novalink's abysmal conduct, marked by complete incompetence, dishonesty, and disrespect, renders them wholly unsuitable for any reputable business relationship. Please spare yourself the experience of agony, misery, and loss with a ruthless corporation like this; and seek out a manufacturer that upholds principles of quality, honesty, reliability, respect, ethics, and accountability.
