I've been coming and seeing the owner and staff for years now and can say beyond any reasonable doubt that they are great people and will go the extra mile to ensure they serve and take care of the customer. Ken and Trina came through a 2nd time. This time we shipped home a 106.7 pound crystal platter treasure we named “The Beast.” Heavy to dig out, heavy to haul, and a beast to ship. Our’s was doubled boxed with peanuts in the box and wow did we need the added protection. The outside box was slit, beat-up and crumpled but our contents inside the 2nd box packed with peanuts survived the rough ride.

I cannot say enough great things about Ken and Catrina at Not Just Shipping! I received a last minute call from my son to ship a dress suit to Austin for an upcoming wedding and it needed to be there fast. Ken went above and beyond making sure this package was set up for the quick turnaround and for the best price without spending tons of $$$$$$!!! Ken also knowing UPS had already left the store, hand delivered it to another location to make sure it got out on time. To my amazement, it actually arrived a day early because of his actions. Thanks again Ken! As a business owner you went above and beyond. For that I am grateful! I will be a lifetime customer!

Man behind the counter was condescending and not very friendly. I won't be back unless I'm desperate. Update: The reply below shows your snarky attitude. The reason my "ferocious" 8 lb dog growled is because you had two large dogs behind the counter. How about you control your own 2 dogs (who were jumping at the counter) or leave them at home. Those ladies didn't feel threatened at all, no matter what lie you put out. You are a smart aleck who just wants to create problems. Seems like a pattern according to some of your other reviews.

I went in to this business to express ship documents overnight to my attorney in San Diego. As of today, this makes the third time within a week or so. The first time, the package was shipped out via Fed Ex for around $46. That is high, but what can one expect to get a package to San Diego. The second package was preferred to be shipped by Fed Ex also. Even while the Fed Ex guy was still in the store, he would not wait just a minute for the lady to prepare the package. I was told he had already left. Bull! I followed him out of the parking lot to go home. I was lied to and he was still in the store. Because of this, it cost around $75 to ship this package via UPS out to San Diego. Today, April 6, I had to send a third package and did so via Fed Ex. I expressed my disdain about what had happened and that I was not told the truth. While doing so, in comes the owner or whatever and hears the conversation. I simply told the lady that as far as I am concerned, Fed Ex can go to hell. Then this fat short guy blows and become very antagonistic about "cursing" in his store. I don't think the word "hell" is bad enough to justify this idiots behavior. This guy was just trying his best to start something. I bit my tongue in order to assure my package got out.

I don't appreciate being talked to by the man with an apparent problem involved in this. He has what is characterized by a lot of people as "little man's syndrome". A bully!! I also don't appreciate being lied to. I have used Not Just for Shipping a long time. Today will be my last. I will take my business elsewhere even if I have to drive longer distances to do it.

To the fat guy with an antagonistic attitude: If you have a problem with this review, come and see me! You will be on my turf! My suggestion is for you to shut the hell up when you really don't know all the facts as you claim you did. I have a right to express a complaint in a manner that is really not offensive.

Such a cute little store with such knowledgeable staff! Catrina knows so much about the little in's and out's of shipping, and clearly has the customer's best interest at heart. She'll tell you honestly what it's going to take to get something delivered on time, and will be honest if there's a more economic way to do it! The owners are a married couple who are great people as well!
I don't know what the other guy's issue was. But calling out the owner for a physical fight, admitting he was trying to hold up the whole fed ex truck, and admitting he was scolding the staff about his poor experience because he didn't have HIS poop in a group makes me wonder why he was in need of an attorney! Hmm..... Poor planning prevents pristine performance! I will continue to buy from NJS, and I think if I do have issues with a major carrier, I'll find an 800 number and discuss it with someone who has the means to address it.

Awesome. If you need to ship, fax, or scan and send a document visit these folks. If you live in Hot Springs Village you are most likely aware of them. If not they are worth a visit. If you are visiting and need to send documents or anything else this is THE place to go.

They also have greeting cards, some office supplies, and they can pack your items for you.
