Kenny saved the day! I called the company in the midst of a snow storm to help deliver much needed medicine to my sick child. Kenny responded quickly and kindly, and got us the medicine and supplies we needed. I am sure that had he not, we would've ended up in the ER. SHORT REVIEW: This was the BEST courier company we have dealt with over the 11 moves we have experienced in our married life. Professional, courteous, efficient. Worthy of more than 5 stars.
LONG REVIEW:
We had a great experience with Northern Arizona Courier (NAC). We ordered a bed online. The bed reached NAC on July 18. They reached out and explained that they were 2 and 1/2 hours from us. They were having trouble finding a driver to deliver and assemble the bed. They assured me they were trying. On July 30 I was again contacted by John via email politely explaining once again the trouble with delivery. The email ended with the statement you can contact my boss Kenny Smith - so I did. What a jewel he is - professional, sincere, and really trying to get or bed to us. We brained stormed some ideas. He listened politely and was never defensive. He gave me his personal cell number and would let me know as soon as he could find a driver. 4 days later the bed was delivered by Art who was exceptional. He carried the bed frame up a spiral staircase all by himself as well as perfectly assembling it. Thank you NAC.

We received extraordinary service from Northern Arizona Courier. Kenny Smith and his team are excellent.

We ordered a microwave online and Northern Arizona Courier was the final link in the delivery chain, meaning that a nationwide freight company delivered it to Northern Arizona Courier in Flagstaff for them to make the final delivery to us, the customer.

So, when the box arrived at Northern Arizona Courier, it was damaged. Instead of just accepting whatever they got and delivering it to us, Kenny carefully examined the box and noted the damage on the delivery acceptance he filled out for the freight carrier. He then called us to tell us about the damage. He also made extra efforts to deliver the box to us as quickly and conveniently as possible.

Since we weren’t sure if the inside contents were damaged, we had Kenny deliver the box to our contractor, and he and Kenny opened it up and saw that the contents were damaged, too. Kenny took it right back and sent it back to the seller.

Kenny also arranged to get us copies of the paperwork showing the notation of the damage so that we had it ready to help us file a claim with the shipper and the seller. (The seller, Sears Outlet, gave us an immediate refund, so they also deserve a high rating, too.)

When the replacement microwave arrived (undamaged this time), Kenny once again made an extra effort to get it to us as soon as possible.

We feel like Kenny was on our side the whole way. He really gave us excellent service and we can’t recommend him highly enough. We are sure you will get excellent service, too, if you use Northern Arizona Courier for your delivery needs.

Not thrilled by this experience. Courrier was delayed by several days without reaching out to notify. Did contact me day of delivery with an ETA, but an incorrect address. I dropped a pin to assist (my address is navigable from Google Maps and MapQuest so I'm unsure what the issue was). Courier delivered to a house on another street about 90 minutes after estimated ETA; box severly damaged and no signature required. That neighbor very kindly contacted me to assist with ACTUALLY getting my parcel (large, my neighbor fortunately had a dolly... But c'mon, THAT wrong of an address?) Upon contacting the driver about the condition of my package he replied, "We get get a lot of damaged freight from the major carriers. Inspect the contents " which I am sure is correct, however the lack of contact at any stage beyond "on my way" is really off-putting and not confidence inspiring. I shall be cancelling any additional shipments through this company.
