I kept their truck a few days more than I planned which likely rattled the scheduling gal at that location and she could've spoken to me in a more, let's see how should I word this one,...a more effective manner because it is highly unlikely anyone spending $500 and more wants to hear her tone or being told to "stop interrupting and listen

Dustin, Vanessa, and Sheryl all were super nice and came to my rescue when another tenant refused to let me go through to get to my storage unit. They then helped maneuver the huge truck through the isles. My only complaints with Public Storage are the too frequent rate high rate increases and late fees.

Kassie is so great. When she notices our RV is not there she calls us to make sure we have it. I really appreciate that someone is looking over our RV for us when we don't have it.

We showed up here at 9:30 on a Saturday morning hoping to get a small moving truck for the day. The U-Haul employee told us that All their trucks were rented. They looked up the other U-Hauls in the area and they were all busy as well. They did have a pickup truck so we took it! (Better than nothing to help our daughter move.) She was able to do most of the registration for the rental online and through my phone. The truck was brand new and Beautiful! It worked great for what we wanted and was clean and fun to drive with great a/c. We returned it and that went fast and easy as well. Both employees we dealt with were efficient and very friendly. The lobby of the store was spacious, clean, and had seating. They did a great job of getting through the customers quickly. Very good experience.

Staff were very hard working, to keep the pace of customer service moving. Fairly well stocked with various U-haul products, from moving trucks and trailers to moving supplies, like boxes. Have personally used the services twice with no problems. Recently used a trailer to obtain local hay for our horses stabled locally.
