Dropped trailer for unload at 7 AM Tuesday. APPT was 8 AM Got unloaded at 4 PM.......

Arrived on a late Saturday afternoon and got my trailer checked in. They r there until 9.30pm. Trailer got empty Monday late afternoon.
Thank you so much for the great load.
Update. Did a second load for them, pu in FL Del to MD. Same deal a year later almost.

I’m a company driver, I checked in at shipping gate; which is a couple of driveways down from receiving, so I dropped my loaded trailer at shipping; not at receiving. Once I drop it on the yard, I drive back up to the guard and get my signed paperwork. I then parked outside on the street and waited for yard jockey to drop an empty on the street, hook and go. Nice folks working the shacks

WARNING TRUCKERS:
When you make a delivery even if it's Live they tell you to unhook the trailer and take it to their facility.
My unloaded trailer was returned to me after one month. It is impossible to find out from them information about the readiness of the trailer. Neither I nor the dispatcher nor the broker could get this information. If you don't want to be out of work for a month don't take the load to this place

picked up the cargo from the fall in this place. I was a little disappointed when I read the reviews, but everything was very good. I did not have time to stop in front of the entrance, the guard himself came out to meet me and took my documents, checked the seal and showed me a place where you can leave the trailer. Yes, a little cramped, but for an experienced driver this is not a problem. an empty trailer was picked up at another address only half a mile away. so everything went very quickly.

I've delivered to some bad places this was by far the worst place I ever delivered to. Over 2 weeks for a drop that was suppose to be 72 hours. They lie about how long its going to take. My advice is decline at all cost if it's your trailer I guess you'll be fine dropping and hooking. The facility is not equipped to handle the loads they have. Worst Receiver I ever been to they've called the cops on people trying to get their trailers back. Run and run far if you ever see Nordstroms.

WARNING ALL TRUCKERS: My load was a drop trailer, minimum 48 hours, Nordstrom said no, minimum 72 hours. Needed to do a 34 anyway so wth!! Dropped the 15th, didn't get trailer back until the 24th!! They claim they were 2 weeks behind (ever hear of temp workers) and why were they steadily receiving freight if they didn't know what they had for all the effin trailers they haven't unloaded already?couldn't care less....nasty people.
Called corporate....management wouldn't take the call.
You deliver there at your own risk and time....you have been warned ⚠️

Need to do better management. Unfortunately, for now 0 for this Distrbution center. They are taking one trailer more than a month. I dont know what the lazy workers working in there. I dont know of how they want to do business in a timely and efficient manner.
