I came to pick truck load and checked in then they told me to back to the dock advised to wait in the waiting room, but the waiting room no AC no rest room,but they are fast on loading

Not a bad place to pick up. Only giving 4 stars because you have to sit in the lobby while they load you. Loading is quick though. Make sure you have load locks or straps or you will not get loaded. Shipping is at door 82. Also make sure you have your drivers license with you at check in. A lot of room to back. Very easy.

A nice place and they're fast at loading but the waiting room you have to sit in SUCKS...
IT'S HOT AND NO WATER FOUNTAIN OR AC ... LUCKY TO GET 3 STARS

If you’re picking up a preloaded trailer follow E Hill Park Rd to the second entrance which will take you to the north side of the building. I did a drop-and-hook pickup. No muss, no fuss.
