Great experience of getting woken up at 5:30 AM by the noble metal driver that took 20 minutes of back up beeping until he finally hit the nail and backed down the driveway! Awfully disruptive to ppl that sleep normal hours. Rude and needs a class to learn how to back down a driveway!!

Clean bright wire that they call number one other places are paying bear bright. I have sold them a lot of this. Now I will take it elsewhere. Bright number 6awg is the same as 1 awg at other places. 50 cents a pound adds up. I work to hard for what I get to take less

An honest review of their services. We have been with Noble Metals since they initially opened. We have an HVAC company and they pickup our scrap metal and equipment. Over the years their services have been fantastic. However, about 2 years ago, they had their first blip with us. They took our metal dumpster and didn't replace it with an empty one. No calls, nothing to let us know what was happening. After I called many times with Neal Weegens, he stated they didn't have enough dumpster and had to remove ours and allow someone else to use it. I completed understood their issue, and after a few weeks he brought us a new dumpster.

Fast forward to last week, Friday to be exact. Noble Metals came and pickup our metal dumpster, and on Monday they hadn't returned it. No calls, no explanation...nothing, just like what they did to us a few years back. This Wednesday we called, and Neal called us back yesterday morning.

When I asked him why they did not replace our dumpster, he stated, "you don't empty it enough for us." I responded, so, you don't inform us so we can get another vendor. You do nothing as you did a few years ago and just left us wondering what was going on.

In my humble opinion, you do not want to work with this group or Neal Weegens at all due to the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect to a long-term relationship.

I’m sorry, but no I will never go back to this place again. Me and my husband had quit taking our copper to this place because every single time it wouldn’t seem right that was years ago. I guess we forgot how bad they are whether it’s deliberate, or their scales are just wrong I don’t know, but I do know that I just got ripped off at least 200 extra pounds on copper, they tried to claim I only had 200 pounds and I know for a fact that I had at least 350. I’ve been taking copper off for 15 years I know what 200 pounds of copper is in that damn well wasn’t it 😬 it took everything in me and my husband to get it in the truck. It took three of them to carry this huge container it was in no way it should take 3 grown men to carry 200 pounds especially not when that’s their job. No, these people are ripping you off. Nothing I can do about it now, but I will never go back and hopefully I can keep someone else from making the same mistake. Just go to CMC you’re better off I promise if you have any.

Plan on going here tomorrow, 05/27/23…. If Neal is still the owner, then I know I will be treated fairly. I managed a restaurant for many years where he was a regular customer; and to say this dude is top notch would be an absolute understatement! I’ll update my review after I sell the metal!

I just left here I had 82 pounds of aluminum. About half of which was clean aluminum and ya know what, they had me put dirty and clean in the Same bin and gave me dirty aluminum price for completely undeniable clean aluminum!. EVERY time I come here I swear itll be the last! & for this exact reason and yet I have continued coming here, that is until now! I've not found another place to sell my scrap metal to until now, and that's SA metals off Central ave in knoxville!.. ANY competitor will pay more than these guys!. And if u still go there dont say I didnt warn you!!
