It was what San Bernardino can be at its finest. I’ve lived in the area for quite awhile and I have NEVER heard the word PROUD. Your employees just had that aura of seriousness and it showed. And Damn they were BOOM BOOM BAND FAST. I brought a Hatchet because well you gots to AND I didn’t have to bust it out

Service consultant Emmanuel h very respectful professional made me feel not stereo type straight forward gave me some useful info.When arrive Veronica Zamora was very upbeat and you can say clean house to get me to servicen department very nice made me want to give 5 Star part 2 see the sale floor as I come in to check some offers so far not looking like a 5 star sale guy who made me my initial appointment has not created to say hello😶‍🌫️have to drop the rating apentlyi was mail ed a cash trade in for my. Vehicle and lower apr.basically the false advertising, because he they told to come and if they could not make a deal 50 percent of my oil change #1offer said 14,000 plus 3500 nissan trade in value at purchase new vehicle at 7.75 percent interest my book is good offer they told bring the car in for a re aprecial,that it was to sone to trade in and how was my credit going to improve in 3 months since I bought the vehicle which I been here a few times as I do lyft and did my 20,000 miles already so I figured it's the same as keeping the car a year but anyway he say there going to ask his boss took my letter with my information of my trade in value I drove 2 hr miles from my house because of a letter stating a information that turned out to be nothing accurate,not sure about the laws when it comes or if and but considered if it's advertising but letter had a check like offer plus 3500 Nissan offer and a 7.72 interested on the page so. That's why I came ,far from the truth,🤔🕝😠

Tire rotation not done!
Proof of it is that I have 3 new tires and 1 old. New tires are of different brand.
When I took my car for maintenance I had the old tire on the rear right and same wheel (old) is still k the same location.

It makes me wonder if future services will be performed property.

This dealership service center provided an absolutely abysmal customer experience. My vehicle was brought in for repairs, and not only was the issue not resolved, but the mechanics were unable to diagnose the problem. To add insult to injury, they demanded a diagnostic fee for every concern raised, regardless of whether they could actually pinpoint the cause.
The professionalism of the mechanics was sorely lacking, and the overall customer service was incredibly poor. The dealership website falsely advertised services that were not actually available, leading to wasted time and frustration. The lack of a shuttle service added another layer of inconvenience, forcing us to find alternative transportation.
Furthermore, communication was practically nonexistent. We had to initiate contact to receive updates or any guidance on how to proceed with the repairs. The dealership failed to proactively inform us about the status of our vehicle or any recommended solutions.
In summary, this service center demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against utilizing their services.

We initially had planned to go to Nissan of Redlands, but somehow the GPS directed us here. Upon arrival, we noticed we were at the wrong location and as we were about to leave, we got introduced to our sale rep, Donte. He was very inviting and nice! We knew what car we wanted and within 10 minutes we were test driving and headed back for paperwork. Once inside and after negotiation, Roxi was able to get us a deal we couldn't resist. She was very helpful and wouldn't give up on us! We ended up at the wrong location, but everything happens for a reason. Satisfied Customer 🙂

The worst ever dealership experience ever.

1. They will lie to you on phone just to bring you at the dealership.
2. They will do hard credit checks for multiple banks without consent saying it’s just for one.
3. They will make you sit for 2 hours asking you to wait for 10 minutes more
4. They will tell you all lies.
5. Disrespectful and unprofessional.
