Cold & leftover ice in Memphis 🥶

I delivered to ste 470 dock 3. The entire staff was super nice from the gentleman that guided me to driver check in (down the hall on your left) to the friendly young man (intrigued by long trip from Cali) at the receiving desk to the unloader! They got me in & out under an hour!

Very Confusing Directions, LEADS YOU TO PERMANENTLY FENCED OFF LOCATION. Had To U-TURN BACK TO CORNER AND GO ENTIRELY AROUND AIRPORT FACILITY. ALL BUILDINGS ARE ENTIRELY PAINTED THE SAME, WITH JUST BUILDING NUMBERS, YOUR LOOKING FOR BUILDING 490, 470,469 ?

Had a 0700 appointment for building 490. Start time is 0700 loaded up heading out at 0745. Friendly and fast. The entry is off airways blvd.

Horrible. Very uncoordinated and rude people in this office at the 489 building. The dock workers knock over and drop the products; in the office the woman is too busy with everything else to do her job. It’s a circus here. Wait several hours past the assigned time because these guys are having trouble doing their job.

Wasn't too bad, done in less then 2 hours, a little tight getting around trucks parked in docks but doable. Staff was polite and did their job quick. FYI the only entrance and exit is from Memphis Depot Pkwy, all other roads leading to and from the warehouse are blocked off, gated. So you need to go back to Memphis Depot Pkwy and back to Airways Blvd.

I waited about an hour before I started to get loaded after I got a dock door. I actually went back around to the office to see what was going on. I felt like I was on an abandoned military base and zombies would be coming soon. But after they got started, loading was fast.

Arrived early to load. No one was here to check in on the side I was loading out of. They shipping clerk made me wait 2 hours until my appointment. As I write this I have been waiting 45 minutes. No one on this side has checked in yet.Still waiting. Do not arrive early!!!
