Incompetent management and Dispatchers are even worse. Every Asian driver doesn't speak English and they do not come on their designated appointment time they tend to come as early as possible and charges maximum as possible to their company but the company is so incompetent they don't pay attention or care and it's obvious to people who don't even work for their company.

Truck dock area is VERY tight for sleeper/53 foot trailer. Dock worker offered to move a few trailers to make our job easier. Dock worker was very professional, courteous, and timely in loading our trailer with parts from overseas. Thanks Manny!!
