Very nice people. In and out in 40 mins. Give security your appt no and goto dock assigned and then checkin. there are NO NUMBERS on docks so counts the docks while coming in. No overnight parking.

At the Check In office there are 2 vending machines with snacks and a Restroom

Be careful when backing your truck space in front is tight

Backing is tight. Specially close to door 17. No numbers are printed on the doors. Door 17 is in the middle. Door one from the beginning at the entry door. They assigned the door at the guard check

Don't think you're getting in early at this place that always are so busy that you are only allowed to show up 30 minutes before your appointment time. They will turn you away. And it is a very tight squeeze in the parking lot to get turned around to leave and come back. The closest place to wait is a pilot about 5 Mi away. And it's always packed. But once I do get you in the door and get you loaded or unloaded they get you right out really quick

Friendly staff, docks can be very tight and difficult. Really good loading/unloading service. Can get very congested if everyone shows up at the same time but very prompt service check in/out (20-30 minutes at times)…..no overnight parking truck stop about 10 minutes down the road.

Good experience here, seems like their people actually want to work unlike many other warehouses in Chicago. Have your pickup number ready at gate, they will tell you what door to back into and move tandems back. Make sure trailer is clean before coming or they will refuse to load. Got there 20 minutes before my appointment and was in a door and loaded within an hour. Kinda tight parking just because you don’t have a lot of room up front but they were only using every other door so it wasn’t bad. Would be extremely difficult if they were using every door.

Despite the amount of trucks coming in, they are fast 1-1:30 hours for pick up. Absolutely no overnight parking. It is tight a bit for backing.

Arrived 45 mins before appt. Put right into a door, friendly staff, loaded within 45 mins. Gated facility, you check in via intercom and he assigns you a door. Back into door. Check in at door 17. No overnight parking.
