HORRIBLE. Over 3 years I've tried to access my storage unit 5 times. 2 out of 5 the lock system on the main entry doors doesn't work. When you call, no human is available to help you on the weekend. SERIOUSLY Someone broke into my unit and squatted in the building for over a week before "SECURITY" noticed. Then you are told to contact your insurer for damage and loss claim. SO FRUSTRATING. No compensation for all the inconvenience, loss and frustration and my rate has increased 30%. Go somewhere else, this just isn't worth it.

Management can't seem to keep the drug addicts from living in the building. These people smoke in the building all day and night which makes anything you have in storage smell like cigarettes and whatever else they're smoking. They urinate right outside of the door under the overhang so its always wet and gross. They leave the doors unlocked or jammed open so anyone can come and go. We have had to leave multiple times because we didn't want to open our unit for fear of theft from the people living in the building.

The buildings have had multiple break ins and management doesn't even contact the renters of the storage units. We have to learn about break ins through the local news.

It's a shame that they can't seem to get a handle on this. It has the potential to be a nice facility, but if management doesn't care who they rent to or get rid of the people living in the units it will continue to be a flop house.
