Excellent storage company to do business with. Never had any issues n my property was well protected. Even went above n beyond by laying a stone ramp at my door so I can park one of my cars in the unit. Thank you for the excellent service n looking forward to future dealings with you'll.

Fantastic!!! We had the BEST experience. We had booked through a different facility and there was no one on site to assist when we had issues with the reservation. The most wonderful woman, at Newport Storage, was there to save the day!!! Treated us like family. Will highly recommend to everyone I can!!!!

I moved down here to Tennessee about a year ago from Richmond, In and had no place to put my stuff.. when I called from Indiana the lady was very nice and helpful. I have been there almost a year and I go by there at least 1 time a month to check on my storage and I have never seen dog poop in the yard and she has been there doin stuff around.. And when I stop by or call to make a payment the lady is very friendly . (She goes above and beyond) I will tell everyone that I know if they need a storage unit or a Uhaul this is the place to go...I definitely give this place 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!
