The truth is that they have no respect in this place, after I make a priority shipment my package is supposed to have been delivered in 3 to 4 days. After 15 days after they delivered the package, it arrived in terrible conditions and with damages and I sent my package in optimal conditions. I hope they take responsibility for the damages.

Where to start. First time my package made it to this facility then showed “moving through network” for a couple weeks. After that it just basically said “your package may still show up” but of course it didn’t so someone that works there has a nice new watch. I also collect custom and antique pocket knives. Since January 1st (today is February 5th) I’ve had two more packages just go missing and at least a dozen that were late. Not a day or two late. Average of 9 days late. I have filed complaints and “package research” cases many times and basically get shoulder shrugged. I’ve had to contact all of my knife dealers and explain to them the situation and ask them to send my things in regular boxes and to NOT put their name on any labels. If there is even the slightest chance you think a piece of your mail is going through this hub, make absolutely sure there are no indications of what’s inside especially if it’s valuable. Let’s face it, nothing is ever going to get done at USPS. Nothing will ever change. There’s no accountability within the organization and no repercussions when bad behavior occurs. I hate hate hate this place. Every time I order a new piece for my collection I give it 50/50 odds at best. The stealing has to stop. The losing and mishandling of packages has to stop. Someone somewhere within the organization has to care…who am I kidding, they don’t. If I had the option to choose how my packages were shipped, I’d pay any amount just to avoid USPS. If you’re in charge at this place, DO SOMETHING!!! You’d think at some point the sheer volume of complaints would warrant some sort of investigation or change, but nope. The stealing and mishandling just flourishes daily. Out of control and unacceptable.

I see why this facility has a low rating. I’m giving them a ZERO. I had a package sent TO me 6/5 from North Carolina and arrived in Jacksonville 6/7 at this place. This facility then sent my package to Carolina, Puerto Rico. I filed a claim which does nothing and the woman I spoke to on the phone said “we have 10 days for ground delivery.” What ground is there between Puerto Rico and the United States? She then closed my claim not caring to make phone calls, expedite the package from there, something, anything to help a customer. Nothing. Now, I have no idea if the package is coming at all or if USPS is trying to make an effort to retrieve.

The utter incompetence of this place is mind blowing. At least once a month I have a package reach this point and then end up halfway across the country adding weeks before it finally makes it to me. If you manage to talk to someone they could care less. This is one of the prime spots causing the post office to go bankrupt.

I may tell a joke but i’ll never tell a lie! last time i bought something that passed through here it took 5 days I was BLOWEDD . That was around the ending of last year I never let anything pass through here again! Lately tho (as in literally this May☠️) I bought two packages that passed through here. the first took a day to process. the second only took 2 hours. Pretty happy because I really want that 2nd package and expected it to take longer so:)
