This is one of the nicest storage unit facilities I have ever seen. I ran into a man named Zach Lauderdale when I was there and he was one of the most down to earth guys I have ever met. Extremely nice and genuine people and even better storage units. I highly recommend

The renting process was super easy as I did everything online. It's a little pricey but it's 24 hours. They should offer basic amenities on sight like vending machines [drink & snack] & a bathroom. They should also have some electrical outlets installed thru-out, especially since there's no lights in the units.

Unit not size as advertised, wasn't able to use unit due to this drove from Hoover all the way out to find out entrance was smaller than described as well as interior dimensions. Still charged a full month's rent even though never actually moved in or even used the unit, just drove there measured the unit and found out that wasn't as described for our business needs. Don't feel it's fair to be charged for something we didn't even use. Would not recommend.

I had a positive experience using Neighbors Self Storage on Cooper Hill Rd. The move in process was simple. The unit was clean and locked down safely. I always felt safe in the area where it was located, day or night. The gate access worked every time I needed it and the support team was willing to help me with my move out process.

This is a wonderful storage solution if you are in the Irondale, Mountain Brook, or Crestwood areas of Birmingham, AL. I give it 5 stars.

Would not recommend. Services not as described and refuses to refund money for services not rendered. Reviewing so others may know if you have an issue with this storage unit you won't be given a refund in any way, even if you don't use the unit.
