Shipped 3 boxes to Venezuela. They never got there. It has been 2 years now but everytime I call, it is a new story and for me to be patient and wait a little longer. It seems to be everybody's fault but their own. Have tried to get reimbursement for the merchandise that they lost but was told that it was my problem, not theirs. Totally unreliable.

Esta empresa te ofrece un algo por las redes sociales y cuando estas realizado el envio es todo diferente, realize un envio por avion y duro casi un mes en llegar donde me dijeron que duraria dos semanas para recibirlo, estando el paquete en su destino ellos realizaron la entrega unos 6 dias despues de estar alla y sin yo tener opcion de retirarlo perdonamente por que ellos no quisieron darme un numero o direccion de donde estaba el paquete, la atencion es muy mala si ellos ven que llamas mucho dejan de contestar el telf.
No cuenta con un tracking donde puedas seguir tu paquete todo lo que te envian es un correo hecho por ellos mismos donde te diran lo que mejor se le ocurra para que estes tranquilo, son muy improvisados y no son claros con la informacion no recomienda usar esta empresa de envio te traera muchos dolores de cabeza

Mi experiencia con NCVEN: Tardo mas de lo esperado, El trato en houston no es malo pero se puede mejorar al igual que en Venezuela. El paquete debió ser enviado por DHL en Venezuela, pero ellos tienen su propio sistema de entrega el cual puede que te cobren flete o no.

*******Envie una caja grande y LLEGARON 4 CAJAS PEQUEÑA****** así que si desean usar esta empresa les recomiendo hacer una lista de todo lo que envían.

En lo personal cambiare de empresa.
