They are unprofessional and treat employees like trash. They only give you 7 minutes your entire 8+ hour shift to use the restroom or any personal reason but also say if you use any personal time during your shift it counts against your adherence. They also barely track occurrences correctly so be prepared to never know or be able to question it because nothing is accurately ,precisely or professionally done. And the pay is subpar for all the work they require. They also will not pay you your PTO or float holiday even though you’ve earned it. SAVE YOUR SELF AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

Many medicare members are forced to rely on NationsBenefits to use their food and otc benefits and are being robbed by this company. From the food to all cheaply made otc products everything is extremely high. Just a couple of examples an off brand 4.6oz can of vienna sausage $2.25 and Q tips swabs 170 count box $5.00. I urge everyone to please go check all the pricing. A can of beans cost over $3. For our elderly that have no way to go to the grocery store they are having to pick and choose which days they can eat. It's repulsive. Medicare members deserve better. Nations Benefits are raking in tons of money and hopefully Medicare extra programs can find a better provider for food and otc benefits management.

I had some things missing out my box. They told me something about the weights being the same when they shipped it. I waited an an hour to receive a final decision of no and then I asked to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold and I hung up. I was just going to take the loss. She told me that I could file a grievance through my insurance and hung up. I ordered through there store but next time I’m going in the store. During Covid I was recieving OTC benefits and this company was keeping the money. When I signed up with my insurance I didn’t even recieve a letter about the benefits so they kept about $1000 in money but wouldnt replace nicotine patches I won’t get anything shipped anymore cause they have horrible customer service and the shipping department is stupid.

Bad experience. Ordered was received and it was not the correct item. Called customer service who said there is a disclaimer that items will be substituted without consulting the customer. Item was too large for my use and well… too bad for me. Customer service did promise to refund it but it hasn’t happened yet. I guess I will go to Walmart or Kroger to get items I can actually use.

Update: 9 months later, I still don’t have the promised refund.

Nations Benefits ships through Fed Ex and Fed Ex leaves packages outside the wrong address (neighbor) and does NOT ring doorbell. Last fiasco, Fed Ex rang neighbor's doorbell but did not interact with neighbor. Fed Ex left package at wrong address. Fed Ex sucks🤮

Like other reviewers here, I have given up on getting anywhere with NationsBenefits. I had hoped the OTC benefit card that was promised would come through for a critical purchase before the end of the year. As a major health insurer, I'm very surprised Anthem didn't better vet this company.

It’s not good, not open 24 hours like it says. Different Number than my card. Can’t get the App because it always goes to someone else wanting to sell ins. It’s terrible

All of us got laid off and now they're playing around with our money! I honestly hope this company just shuts completely down everywhere.
