If you are looking for storage in Tucson, this is where you want to be. This facility incorporates all of the latest technology to keep your items safe. Their easy-to-use phone app gives you secure access to your storage unit during regular and after-hours. A key or padlock is not required. Cameras are located throughout the facility. Your important belongings are safer here than in your own home. All of this in a climate controlled air-conditioned building. The best quality found with this particular National Self Storage location is the manager, Mylaina Ensley. I first came to her with an emergency situation, and she was so kind and patient in explaining all of the options available and taking the time to make sure that I received the best price available for my needs. She keeps everything running smoothly. This may be the best storage facility available in Tucson. – Jeff Z.

National self storage is the best! Their customer service is amazing- they go above and beyond and are so friendly. Their facility is clean and the accessibility is easy and appreciated when using a smart phone app to get into the facility after hours. You also use the app to lock and unlock your unit which means I don’t have another key to loose, lol. I highly recommend National Self Storage.

I used to rent at Extra Space, and I must say that the experience I've had at National Self Storage is about a million times better for one main reason and serval minor ones. The main reason for it's superiority is the staff. Los (I think that's his name) is kind, knowledgeable, and does a great job keeping the property clean. I hope the upper management/owner of this place recognizes what an asset he has. The minor reasons include: 1) robust carts; 2) clean bathroom; 3) keyless unit access. No buying locks or lost keys to worry about; and 4) free wifi.

When I rented from extra space I found dead rats in my storage unit, and some of my stuff was chewed on by rats while it was in storage. I don't see any signs of any rodents or any other type of vermin here. Some other reviewers are writing about scam pricing. If you want to lock in your introductory price, pay for a whole year in advance. Plus, the reviews I've read on here are nothing compared to what happened to me at extra space. I signed up for a $39 per month unit there and 3 months later they raised my rent to $119. I'm really happy to be at national self storage.

My special thanks to the Facility Manager, Carlos. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. And, National Self Storage has exceeded my expectations, which is always very clean and safe. It is a climate controlled facility in a convenient location with a really great smart entry system. I definitely recommend anyone who needs extra space.

I needed to put my belongings in storage as I am currently living abroad while writing a book. This is the best storage facility I have ever used between about six different cities. The facility is new, pristine and well maintained. And, It seems to be totally secure. The pricing is fair. The staff extremely accommodating and it was easy to unload and bring my furniture to the unit. I highly recommend the Continental Reserve location.
