Terrible customer service! I’ve never been somewhere where they make you feel like you aren’t welcome. They don’t address you when you come in they just look at you for two I came almost a month ago and order a part I also inquired about another part and they sent me next door. The gentleman from the auto care center watched me walk over I waited inside for a while before leaving but no acknowledgment or anything. So, I’m like ok I will never give my business to them again!!! so happen the parts store ordered the wrong part, so I had to bring it back up here and I once again I inquired about a service and the gentleman said oh we don’t offer it to customers no problem. I’m like it’s a check engine device that literally takes a second I know cause auto zone usually does it for free. However he’s like they also have more than one or two people at the desk. It’s like what just say you’re too lazy to do your job because not all auto zone or car stores are fully staffed. Actually the day I did go the gentleman was the only person and didn’t mind helping the customers because at the end of the day the customer is why you have a place to clock in everyday. Needless to say it’s no need I would ever have to come back to this store again!!!! If it was a zero star option I would have given it to them.

I like this store. My dad is 83 and insists that we go to NAPA since they’ve been around since he was a kid, so I take him here. He can be a handful, sometimes, and has difficulty communicating now. They always work with him and I’ve yet to see them get frustrated or rude. Somehow they’ve always had the parts that he’s gone up there for.

Accidentally sold me the wrong brake pads yesterday. Went above and beyond and had me the correct ones within 30 minutes. Dawana went the extra mile and delivered the replacement. She's definitely an asset to the company. Thanks

Very helpful employee upfront. I had received the wrong brake parts from an online order. She was very knowledgeable and helpful while taking the time to explain the situation and what I could do to prevent it in the future. Great customer service and product knowledge, I will be back regularly.

Owner is very rude and prude, especially he thought i was just driving thru his so call “ precious private property “ when really I came for a part never got any customer service help . Just stared at which made me very uncomfortable. . Once i made it to check out still no acknowledgment just a nasty attitude from employees . Definitely won’t be returning and will be sharing my experience with my peers .
