One of the best experiences I've ever had! They came highly recommended, and now I can see why! We had to move my Mother-in-Law after my Father-in-Law had passed away, it was already a very traumatic time for her, but when these guy's came in, they knew exactly how to talk, joke, and be very polite to an 85 year old who just lost her husband! This is very disappointing because these guys came recommended from a friend. I was quoted $75 on Friday to move a sofa 2 blocks and was told to call back Monday. Monday when I called back, the rate had jumped to $155. When I questioned the rate hike, I was told I was mis-quoted. Unbelievably poor customer service.
