Edit: yet again, mxd failed to pay attention. They drove my couches 2 hours to my house, called my phone 8 times while I was sleeping (it was 4am in New Zealand), then left. I cancelled the order over a week ago and I'm still receiving robo calls twice a day to schedule a new delivery time. At this rate, I may just have them deliver the couches because they are so incompetent they may just give me couches for free.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this company's unprofessional and inattentive customer service warranted one.

Long story short, ordered furniture through JCPenney during black friday. Two months later, several hours of hold times, 7 different "scheduled delivery dates," two "oops we forgot your stuff in Atlanta" responses, two vacation days taken without delivery team showing up, three "our managers will call you back" but never did, and one cancelled order later, their response was still "I don't understand why you're not OK with accepting your purchase three months after you bought it?"

This company defends its inability to put big things into a big truck with comments like, "well we deliver 2 million orders a year!" and "my delivery team would NEVER do that!"

MXD, you literally have one job. Bring heavy things to people in, say, the same calendar year they purchased them?

I cancelled my order. I will intentionally NEVER purchase any item from any company that uses MXD as its delivery contract.

If Google would be have option to rate ZERO stars, I think that would be the fair rating for this company.
My parcel, ordered on Wayfair, is in their warehouse since one week, called them every day and the customer service sounds like a broken record "will get your order scheduled in 24-48h". Never got a call back.

Terrible customer service. Automated scheduling system does not work, cannot get a live person on phone without 10-30 min on hold. Atlanta warehouse seems easier to work with but results to be seen when I actually get the delivery I paid for 1 month ago - scheduled for next week.

Non sense customer service . U can say zero rating for customer service and accuracy.

2 times delivery postponded with non sense reason .
They try to force delivery date and time even after they are running late . Or else they recommend to cancel order. .

Non sense service ... better they shut down there business .

Getting delivery 1 month late and also very rude answer on phone . Call Hold time 30 mins .

I have been waiting for my dinning room since november 5, they bring me the table 3 weeks ago but not the chairs, they cancel my delivery for the chairs because of the storm 2 weeks ago, they call me yesterday 45 minutes before the new delivery and didnt call me thw day before, now they say that my delivery is in January. I cant wait till January, i need my chairs this week.
