Customer had my truck sitting at location for a hour only to tell me our trailer is dirty and can't load. Contract mentions nothing about having a clean trailer.. Our trailer wasn't bad, and we weren't picking up food. To add to insult, customer had a broom sitting next to the door where my truck was docked. Will never send any truck to this location again. Horrible service.

Very bad location.. waiting 4 hours for 5/6 rolls.. no any washroom facilities available... Hard to backup on some docks..

Waited 4 hours to deliver 8 rolls.
The lady in office don’t know how to talk, keep using her phone.
They took 2 hours after unloading me for, maybe, counting 8 paper rolls?

hell for drivers . They dont care for drivers . Atleast take half day for delivery.

Picked load From this place for Tracy Ca. Make sure to have appointment number starting with digit 7, you can’t check in without appointment number. Loaded in 2 hrs after appointment time. Hard to back on docks. Less space front of docks. Restroom available for drivers. No street parking or overnight parking available at this location.
Forklift drivers don’t know how to load. 🤦‍♂️ 36000 thousand pounds on trailer axle. Make sure to scale especially if you have load coming to California. Don’t trust forklift drivers. It’s was Friday and closed right way after loading me. Because of this forklift driver I have to bypass all California scales to deliver this load.

Not a good place to deliver.

Had appointment at 11am.
I reached there at 10:30
Out at 4:30pm.

Only one dock for receiving.

They take around 3hours to unload, once you get a dock.

You get clean washrooms to use.

Over 30 docks here and me and one other truck. Seems like we would be unloaded quickly. Been here an hour and they haven't even turned light red. Lady at the window act like she dont want to be bothered and the workers on the floor just stand around and talk while my clock is just ticking away. Gave 2 stars because it's easy to get to and decent parking lot to get in doors. May be harder to dock if more trucks were here.

0 star for the lady at the check-in window. Just talkig on phone. Doesn't care if anyone is at the window. It took them 4 hrs to offload 9 pallets. Only god can save these companies where workers doesnt like to work. Shame on you, guy. They are born to just waste others' time.
