I am from Springfield MO, I was down visiting family ' so I went to Murphy USA in Hope Arkansas 2402 n. Hervey at 7:42 pm ,on 10-18-2024 to get gas I paid for 25.00 worth of gas and point out to the store clerk 15 but I thought it was 13, she turned pump 13 on,my mistake I forgot to pump the gas I went to put air in my tire,then I thought about my gas I turned and went to pump 15 to pump gas nothing happen . So I returned in the store with my receipt and told her that I didn't get my gas , she stated oh I see well,ah well ah, I can't do nothing about it.ittime out and there's nothing I can do.
She told she had to talk to her manager ' then she told me it should go back on my card within 24hrs , so I waited 24 hrs then call my card to check nothing was returned,
so I call my card customer service about 9:30pm to see 10-19-24 , to see why my money was not there's I was told that it went to Murphy USA at 9:56 am Saturday morning, I had to delay my return home until Sunday,,,me and my family was so disappointed it just sad .

Bought gas, lottery tickets and a pack of cigarettes from Crowley La. Murphys USA the lottery tickets were covering up the cigarettes and she handed me the wrong brand and did not exchange them for the right brand and was rude.

I had $100.00 on my cash app card and I purchased $17.01 in gas. Murphy USA took $100.00 "pending" sale, which I don't as unawar of. I went to get my 4 small children dinner. Upon paying for their dinner, my card had been depleted of $100.00 do to the "pending" sale of $17.01 in has. Here we sit in a parking lot for 2 hours waiting for them to put the rest of the money back on my card so I could feed my children. It wouldn't be so bad if I honestly had something at home to feed them! So unfair.....

This is the SECOND TIME I have been given 25 points when I revved up but you failed to give them to me. I called last time a short while ago on the first time and got royally ignored. I do hope you will give me and others you have failed to give points to, our rightful points. I WAS AGAIN "AWARDED" 25 POINTS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED 15 POINTS. GET IT TOGETHER, PLEASE. I'VE BEEN GOING TO SAM'S CLUB IF IN GREENVILLE INSTEAD OF DRIVING BACK TO WASHINGTON, NC TO MURPHY'S SINCE YOU DON'T GIVE ME MY POINTS.

I went to this gas station to get gas. Some lady yelled over the speaker “if you do that again you’re going to jail.” I had my kids in the car and everything. I didn’t even do anything. So I called the store so they could tell me what I did wrong. The only thing I can think of is I stopped pumping for one second because my hand got tired. They yelled at me again and said I bought tobacco for someone else. I never step foot in the store. Who am I going to buy tobacco for? My 4 year old? My 2 year old? No! I’ve never even bought tobacco in my life. I’m never going there again. They scared me and my kids. Horrible experience.

Can only review based off my experience around my home town and all I can say is they owe me money from short changing and none of the employees seem to know what they're doing . They like to blame their ignorance on the register on not having another employee in the building. That in its is a reason not to work for them .

Store in Blue Springs, Missouri in Coronado. I was using a camel mobile coupon and I refused to let them touch my phone. Said she had to press the button herself that the coupon was used. I still refused. She declined the sale the store got the credit for the coupon and I lost the coupon to use at another store. I don't know where your hands have been nor do I have the time to deal with a broken phone if she dropped it. No other store does this and it's not required for you to hit the um done button for them to get credit for the coupon.
