I was in and out of this location multiple times a day. If you load/unload in the front of the building get ready for some super tight spaces for docking, some of which you cannot even open your drivers door to get in or out of your truck.
The docks (front) all have garage doors, and you back into nothing but a dark hole with little room for error. Most of all the lighting is out and the ones that are “working” are worthless, and during winter months plowing and salting is a joke.
Staff expects you (driver) to open and close their garage doors for them.
Ive only ever worked with one member of the front office staff and she was always awesome and fast. Forklift drivers (mainly two) have to be the biggest grown adult babies I’ve ever had to stomach.
I personally bent over backwards to help these two do multiple trailers moves as they do not have a yardjockey, and the one day I decided that I wasn’t going to do moves anymore as I’m changing roles within my company, and wanted to them get used to using other drivers, one of these two told me it wasn’t optional.
Keep in mind I don’t work for Murphy Warehouse. Needless to say, left my paperwork on their table and the load in yard.
Oh and surprise surprise, the grown adult baby doesn’t want me back. I don’t see myself losing any sleep over this nor would I ever want to be back.

Receiver lazy and skips people at appointment time. Checked in and gave them my paperwork and was told I would have a door shortly. An hour later receiver wants to claim I was late when I was actually 30 minutes early and then puts me to work in status. 5 hours later still sitting in the lot. At this point I am charging them detention and considering unloading at a local storage building so I can get back to work. I am not coming back here ever. In fact no one in my company will be allowed to come back to this location. Receiver is on a power trip and should be replaced or perhaps his employer should replace him for messing with drivers pay and home time just because he can. No one should come here while this goes on. I can’t believe the total lack of respect he has for others.

Not my best experience. The customer service could have been better and the actual employees or workers could have been nicer. I hate when you go into a place and you feel like you're burdening them or like you're interrupting their day when they're supposed to be helping you because it's their job. As far as merchandise was pretty decent found what I was looking for and it was reasonable.

Staff tells you one thing and does another. Sitting here for over 3 hours, when checked in I was told to get into 3 or 6 which ever came available first. 3 came available and another truck went to dock, comunicated my grievance, was laughed at and said he was here before me. So no wonder you can sleep here they are slow and careless if you get loaded and when, I ever see this load again I'll refuse it.

I deliver to this place a couple times a month, the workers are professional and they are pretty quick to get on my unload, they seem to get trucks in and out rapidly. They at least have a couple port a potty's there, which is better than some places I've been to.

Terrible place! If you wait for a dock located behind the building, it will take a lot of hours, cause I spent 5 hours to get in dock, 12 trucks in front of me. Docked at 6 pm, the end of day shift, I guess they start to load after 7 pm. That’s insane. Avoid that place.

No Clear Signs for check in, very rude staff, 4 hours after appointment time to get unloaded ......... Driver's 5201 check in back of building for receiving,,, pick up in front by Winnetka ave .... Good Luck Driver's you will need it .....
