First time at this location, and was a good experience. Follow gps the roads are a little tricky. There is plenty of parking and lots of space to maneuver. I checked in about 6 hours early and parked on site. They gave me a door 3 hrs early and had me unloaded within 2 hrs. The lady at the guard shack was very nice and polite. I would definitely come back here again.

This review is about directions. The way my GPS brought me had construction I went around the block.tight turn left then at conception turn left when it came to a T I turned right went around got back on the 10 going west went up 1 exit got off went left went to baker st. Left on baker then take that to yeend. This was 10 / 3 / 24.

Arrived at 5pm was docked quickly, Unloaded maybe 1 hr later. Tough part abt this delivery I’ve been waiting for a copy of paperwork for at least 3 hours & still waiting! Fair warning be prepared to loose lots of drive time.

They really know how to not work! Not many trucks are here. My appointment was 9am I got in at 6:15am. Got a door at 8:55am. 5 hours later, still waiting! Please whatever you do, do not accept a load here! Yes I get paid detention but I don’t care for that, I want my next load!

Extremely slow loading you been here many hours now….. but the worst part was the fact that when I finally got done after hours of waiting the office lady decided to go on break so I had to wait an hour in the office for her to come back …. They knew I was finished getting loaded (“I was the only one there at the time”) and had to come in and get my paperwork. Disrespectful horrible place avoid

11am appointment. Arrived at 10am, got put into a door right away. It’s 5pm almost now. Every other truck keeps coming and going.

Waste of my time, lineage should pay drivers out of pocket for each hour past 2 on the dock.

**8pm now still not done.

Other than this, guard shack lady was nice and so is the lady in the office. They get 5/5. This facility itself 1/5.

Holding lot but no real O/N parking. DE quiet street however. Almost as quick as Jack Flash unloading and BOLs by the time I moved to the parking area. RCVR hrs changing about 9/18/23. Best to double check schedules. Extra stars for office ladies, Doris & Melissa!
