Great quality tile. I love their products. I used the GRAY CANYON 2CM BRUSHED Quartzite slabs for the countertop. Wavy white tile for the vanity backsplash, capri blue for the laundry and urban blond in the showers. Traktion Calypso Ash 24x48 throughout the house.

They have a huge warehouse full of so many different materials, it’s incredible. They make sure you follow all safety procedures while viewing the slabs in the warehouse. Everyone must wear sanitized hard hat. Very good of them to do this.

I really had a good second experience here with Laura P today. She took her time to help us look at a few different slabs, where we picked one that was a bit more expensive that we loved. I would totally recommend MSI after my second experience. First experience felt rushed, and we didn’t get to view other slabs the way we asked for.

The girl that helped us was so rude! I came to leave a review and found its a common experience. She very loudly annouced to her coworkers behind the counter not to help anyone and that all the customers were hers as she lead us to the showroom. I thought she was kidding until her attitude continued while she showed us around. No way we're we buying from her. Save your time and sanity and go to Aracruz just down the street!

I was very impressed by the selections MSI had to offer when I visited the warehouse. Picking granite slabs is not an easy task but April Pletcher came to my rescue. She was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful all the way through until I was comfortable with my choice of granite. I have nothing but good experience with customer service at the showroom. I would recommend this place to anybody with no hesitation.

Great selection of products but hands down, one of the worst customer experiences each time we visit. They rely heavily on contractor transactions and leave homeowners, coming to pick their materials feeling like second class citizens. They remain relative given limited competition in town but you have to know going in to it that there is no effort towards customer service or satisfaction. We found a quartz material that we loved but decided go elsewhere because of the experience that we had on the front end for fear of what might happen after we put our deposit down. Manage your expectations with MSI.

This showroom is impressive. The opulent cuts and the customer service are a bar above. What an exciting place to visit. Be ready to wear a hardhat/helmet if you're going to walk the massive warehouse of tilted slabs.

MSI has a fairly large selection of quartz, granite and quartzite slabs to view. Unfortunately MSI doesn't provide pricing on these slabs and leaves it up to the retailer/ installed to adjust as they wish. Arizona Tile is better both in selection and price information.

My round trip drive was almost 6 hours to pick our countertops for our new kitchen. I had brought my 95 year old Mom with me in what I expected to be a fun experience.

With 3 people sitting behind the desk I was directed to check in on the computer and wait for assistance from Carmen. That assistance never showed up. We sat for over 20 minutes. First one person went to go get the mythical Carmen and then the second person. Finally the third person who had been at the desk all along said "I guess I can show you the slabs" so off to the warehouse we went - less than 10 minutes before closing. By this time the last thing I was really interested in was picking a slab and didn't see anything that really jumped out at me so I called it a day and left.

I have never been so poorly treated when making a significant purchase. No clue why? The only suspicion I had was how I was dressed since I had come from our ranch. Finally as we were leaving one of the other three people who had been behind the desk brought out some samples.

Unfortunately this is where our kitchen designer gets his countertops otherwise there is no way I would ever do business here.
