I scheduled appointment for my items moved on last Friday and they were to arrive between 10-11 a.m. They called say they would arrive at 10:40 no show then 30 minutes later I got a call to say the would be there at 11:30. Still no show at 11:30 and received another call at 1:00 stating they are on the way now, because they had to clean the truck out first. At 1:40 I received a call saying they are at my door. I open the door and no one was there, so I call to see where they were. They were at the place I was moving to. Smdh!! Then said sorry we will be there in 15 minutes. They got to my house after 2 p.m. They got finished loading my items at almost 6:00 p.m. The sad part is I had everything broke down and sitting in the living room. I only had them to move the big items and I stay in a two bedroom. The manager of the company decided to tell the movers to not unload my items until the invoice is paid. They tried to charge me $330.00 more because the movers were moving slow for no reason and talking on their cell phones. I tried to call the company no and texted but no reply until they didn’t want to unload my things unless I have them the extra $330.00. I asked to speak to the owner because the manager Kendra talking he’s not available but he was available when I set the appointment up. They broke my 50 inch tv, scratched up my new washer and dryer, fireplace tv scratched, dresser and nightstand. The screws that go to my dryer is missing. I found out that the two guys they sent to move my things don’t work for the company. The guys who was supposed to move my things didn’t show up, so they call them to move my items. I called the company on Saturday morning at 10 when they open but the lady answered the phone was still sleep. They are not answering my calls about my items. This Is Bad Business !!! Don’t Ever Use This Company!!! Not Professional At All!!’n

This is my second time using their service. These guys made our move so much easy!! No complaining, no extra costs than the quote, gentle handling of the stuff, friendly and I was even given a return customer discount! I absolutely recommend them!! Very responsive to every single call or text too.

I would not recommend going with Mr Mover for several reasons. No offense to older workers but this company sent a mover who started the move limping. He attempted to lift several of my items alone and dropped things. I asked him to be careful with certain items like a box with fragile kitchenware that he threw around and he dropped my $4000 mattress after i advised i did not want it to touch and ground surface or bottom of the truck ramp. He did it anyway. He went into the truck and took a short nap when he went outside of the storage building instead of calling his partner to open the storage doors and let him inside to continue the move. I took pictures. Whomever was driving also hit the side lights on their own moving truck and busted the light out. Maybe he was too tired but whatever the case this was not a good experience. They took nearly 4 hours for a 1 bedroom move which cost me nearly $400. The movers were nice but nice doesn't do the job. Get someone else for your move even if they quote you a good price. It's not worth your blood pressure rising.

Mr. Mover was quick, efficient and stress-free! Everything thing you would hope for in movers. They were extremely polite and professional, from showing up on time, to providing a quote, and promptly arriving for the move. They were very considerate of our property, protecting our house and every item moved throughout this process. We would highly recommend this company!

In the beginning they were very helpful and respectful. I felt confident using their services. However, the movers broke two items, a cube shelf and a ceiling fan. They behaved as though they were going to repair or replace the ceiling fan but never did. They had the handyman call and set it up but then told him to put a hold on it until they spoke with me. They never called me. As for the cube shelf even though THEIR policy was to wrap that type of shelf and their movers did not they said that they wouldn't replace it.

Words can’t express how grateful I am for Mr. Mover!!! They really came through! For 2 months I had a very complex piece of furniture sitting in my house. I had 2 teams of “professionals” and various handymen try and put the item together to no avail 🙃 —
When I contacted Mr. Mover, they had a team out in 2 days. The gentlemen who initially came assessed the item and relayed to me that they would have one of their experts come out. I waited another day but it was ABSOLUTELY Worth it!!!!
The team was able to find the materials necessary for the job, and most importantly they got the job done !!! The job took longer than we all anticipated (they were here till midnight ... pure Dedication ! ) — they were able to come back the very next morning to finish the rest.

I am super super super super happy and grateful I found them !!! Will definitely be using them and only them in the future !!! 🙏🏿
