No complaints. After a phone call, my delivery arrived within an hour's time without any issues. I haven't opened the three heavy wood crates yet but they appear to be undamaged. The two delivery guys were real nice and very helpful. Thanks!

No respect for the customer!! I was called on Monday and told I would have a delivery on Tuesday. I asked for a time frame which they said they could not provide but the driver will call you 20 minutes before arriving. 4:00 pm came on Tuesday and no delivery. I called the company and spoke to a man whom said the truck came back for another delivery but my order wasn’t on that truck because they couldn’t fit it. I said to him, No one could call me and let me go on with my day. He had no answer then said it will be delivered tomorrow (Wednesday). Again I asked for a timeframe which he couldn’t provide but it should be 1st thing in the morning since the drivers like to drive as far away as possible then drive back. 3:30 came around and I pulled up on my block with the driver delivering my package. No 20 minute out call or anything. No respect for peoples time and any company using Mr Courier sends a message that they don’t care about its customer as well!!

Mr. Courier kept telling us the 21 boxes would be delivered on a specific day but they were not. We waited around the house for the delivery. We had to call for status they don't call you. Mr. Courier only works M-F 0700-1730 then they stop deliveries. As in another review by another person the boxes went to another town and they ran out of time to deliver. Then the next day the truck broke down just like the other review had happen. Weekends Mr. Courier don't deliver. Monday had to call again still no delivery. We are at least three days behind to receive boxes and set up the shelves.
Tues delivery truck shows up. Didn't knock on the door to see if we were home. II knew they were hear because i heard the truck engine. Boxes were being unloaded before I got to talk with the two gentleman. They had seven boxes off the truck blocking our car from getting out of the garage. Some boxes are six foot long and heavy. I asked do you have a count of boxes? He said "its all here". "Once its off the truck its all yours". I asked will I need to sign for anything. Nope. He said he need to take a picture and was gone before I finished trying to count the boxes.Estes Trucking pushed this off on a third party. Not to good of service. Dec 2020

My delivery was scheduled between 12pm and 2pm. At 2:10pm, Chris the owner calls to tell me the delivery will be late. Never said why. Just that the truck was late. During this call, I inform Chris that I would need to reschedule my delivery. Chris refused. Said they would arrive soon. At 3:40 pm, I call Chris back and ask again to reschedule my delivery. I inform Chris I can not wait past 4:30 pm, I had prior arrangements at 5pm and we needed to reschedule. Chris refused. At 5:10 pm, another man calls my husband to reschedule our delivery. We reschedule our delivery for Monday between 8am and 12pm. At 9:58 am, I call Chris to see if the delivery was close. Chris informed me that we were not on the schedule for that day. Said the man who called and rescheduled with my husband, wasn't capable of rescheduling deliveries. Its been 4 days waiting for Chris to deliver my new mattress. FOUR DAYS!!!!!! NO BED!!!!!!
Highly recommend against this courier service. Chris is far from a professional. Chris had the audacity to say I was "cancelling my delivery", Strongly advise against this courier. Not worth your money to contact pisspoor service. Do your customers a favor and hire a different courier for your deliveries. This company can't run a business to save it's life. When I asked Chris for a manager, he informed me he was the owner and proceeded to blame me again for his trucks breaking down in the rain in Bowling Green. This business owner is the epitome of narcissistic.
